Had heard great reports and thought I would try Precision. Jerry came out, was very friendly, explained my options and told me he would be done soon. He spend an hour fixing, aligning and lubricating my garage door. I would recommend him and Precision to anyone wanting great service.

When I called about my problem I was treated with respect and kindness and was scheduled right away. Shortly after my call Jack arrived and diagnosed my problem right away! He explained the issue clearly and gave me my options. I must say, I was very impressed with him, as a person and as a technician and I would very highly recommend him as well as your agency! Of course at the most inopportune time the garage door spring broke. Quick response, Precision was able to fit me in the following morning. Jack (Service Tech) arrived, introduced himself, evaluated the problem and explained what parts and cost required to return the door to its proper operation. Work was completed followed by a safety inspection. Overall evaluation: Jack arrived at the scheduled time, was courteous and very knowledgable. (Precision Overhead also installed my functional storm Shutters) Highly Recommended! john

We had a garage door installed five years ago and we are still very happy with their service provided by Precision Door of Pensacola. When, we couldn’t open the garage door yesterday, we knew the problem was more than a faulty switch the Garage Door Opener had fail us, the technician fully explained the products and in less than two hours we had a brand new garage door opener installed. We would like to say thank you to the technician Riley Potters, he was polite and courteous.

We called Precision Door to replace a spring that had broke on our garage door. The customer service was wonderful from the time I called to schedule the appt to the wonderful person that came to do the repair! They give you a courteous text notifying you with the profile and picture of the person coming to service your door!! We had Chris Taylor as the service worker who did our repair! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and courteous! We had an overall wonderful experience. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family when they are needing their services.

They were very responsive! Waiting for a broken garage door to be fixed adds to the stressors of life after a short period. Made the call on a Tuesday and had service same week Friday!! Both techs were nice young men and very professional. Garage Door Opener was replaced and working in an about an hour. I highly recommend them!

Started with the garage door not opening and closing well and very noisy. Tech Jack Maskery diagnosed the problems and fixed them. Thankfully he had not left yet when we discovered the openers he had programmed were not working. Jack discovered the motor was shot, so he installed an entire brand new Precision Door Opener. While the cost increased quite a bit, I now have a door opener with a 10-year warranty, the door goes up and down a lot quieter, and Jack was a perfect gentleman and skilled tech. I would highly recommend Precision, and though I don't know the other techs, I would ask for Jack. ????
