When I started looking for help with our garage door, I asked three friends who to call. All three recommended Precision. Now I know why. It's just amazing what Nathan was able to do. There was a multitude of issues with so many parts of our 37 year old garage door that needed repair. Nathan explained what he could do to correct all the defects. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and he covered all the bases necessary. He solved our problem for sure. My wife is so happy that we are now able to get our car in the garage again. Nathan Hane was my technician who came and checked out my garage door and checked it thoroughly and gave me several things and options to fix what was going on. There was no high pressure to go for the most expensive way but gave me several things that could be done. I appreciated getting a complete update and what I could do and what they would do. He showed me colors and options to choose from and what would be done and that the company would be in touch with me to set up a convenient day and time for me.

After inspection of the door, he provided options for me to choose from with the cost of each. Alex completed the repair in a timely manner and left the area clean. Satisfied customer.

We had a problem (not complete opening or closing) with our garage door and called for assistance. That same day, within an hour or so, a technician arrived, analyzed the problem and provided a solution solving the problem so that we could get both our cars in and out. He also provided a lesson as to how to routinely lubricate hinges and springs on the door. He was friendly, polite and technically adept at analyzing the problem and finding a solution which involved replacement of a defective circuit board. Fast and efficient sertvice. Thank you!. Response was quick, estimate given on replacing my garage door, installed within two days. Kerry and crew were meticulous in the removal and replacement of all components of the doors and supporting hardware. Precision Garage Door was very responsive, showing up just 2 hours after I called them. The repairman came out, assessed the problem, and then provided me a written estimate which was very reasonable. He not only repaired the door, but he also made adjustments to where my garage door didn't make a lot of a "clanking noise" when opening or closing. It is a very smooth operation now. Thank you!

Precision Doors responded quickly when I could not get my garage door open on a Monday morning. They sent a technician named Nathan, who did a good job of trouble shooting and repairing the broken door. He performed maintenance on the other door, provided and programmed a new remote and programmed my car so that I could open the doors with the buttons on my mirror. He was personable and professional, and carefully explained options available to me so that I could make the best decision about how to proceed.

Can I give more than five stars?? I sure would. You all are wonderful people. You care as much for your clients as you do your fabulous product and work. Now that I am a widow, you have made me feel that I don't have to be lost in all of the things I don't know anything about. I will be taken care of, and I have been assured that my husband and I purchased a top-of-the-line garage door. I was told in passing that if a storm came through and blew our house away, our garage door would still be standing. Since his death, I have had service a couple of times, and I have to say that your employees are the most compelling and caring I have ever seen, especially Brian York. He made my day turn around. They were on time gave us the unfortunate news that the card in our old garage door opener was fried and it would cost about $300 or so for a new one - and we would be without the opener until it was received and installed. Therefore we decided to buy their opener, and am I glad I did. It is so quiet you can't hear it while standing inside the garage. He did an outstanding job on the installation while being very helpful and efficient. Thanks again for a good job.
