Brian was great! Along with being very professional, he was very personable and knowledgeable. After the inspection, he told me of the things that needed or didn't need to be repaired. He was not pushy at all, which I appreciate. The door worked great when he was finished! I appreciated the senior discount as well. Purchased a new garage door and opener with camera and keypad two years ago. Backup battery in the opener was bad and was replaced today. Bryan, with phone assistance from Brianna, was amazing. The camera was also not connecting with my wifi. They both stayed with it until he got everything working properly. I received excellent service today and would highly recommend Precision Door
