My house had a lightning strike and it messed up my garage opener. I was able to get a technician out immediately. The technician was very knowledgeable and worked hard to try to fix the problem. Alas, I will need a new opener and I was given three quotes. I have confidence in this technician and company so will get it replaced and their warranty is their word — and you can trust it.

Needed a torsion spring replaced. Called them up and they came out the next morning. Brian York was my tech and he did a great job. After assessing the job he gave me a few quotes on parts he saw that could improve function of the door and then a quote to just replace the spring, giving me multiple options. He was very thorough and transparent about everything and on top of it had a great attitude and personality. Great work, nice job, outstanding employee. I would recommend their service.

The Precision Door Service Company was awesome. I called that Monday morning and had a technician come out to the house that afternoon. The response from the beginning of making the appointment to fixing the issue were quick and the work was terrific. I really loved how the company sent text message with a picture and a little information (hobbies etc) about the technician. The technician was Brian York he on time, very polite and work was very clean. He took the time to get know you and your concerns. Plus, explain the service that he going to do to repair/fix the issue, suggestions and explain how you can make it better and last longer. We really enjoyed and was blessed with our conservations with Brian. Super great people and service was excellent, very impressed from start to finish.
