Both Alex and the person training were very prompt, professional and new exactly what needed to be done for the repair to the door. He replaced the 2 sensors, reworded both sides and tightened and replaced the screws holding the frame together. Great work and service. Would recommend both the company and the technicians. Alex came right out, about 90 minutes after my call (impressive in Destin traffic.) Very polite, and professional. He discovered the issue quickly (whoever originally installed my garage door used rollers that were way too short.) Alex replaced them with the correct rollers in about 20 minutes at a very fair price. Things are MUCH quieter in my neighborhood now! Thanks!!!

My appointment window was 8-10AM @8:10 my technician called to say he was on his way, perfect. I explained what I thought happened he did his trouble shooting discovered a broken coupler. He presented 3 options I selected the best one for me and within an hour my garage opener was operational. He kept me informed, he had the parts needed on his truck I found him very professional. My spring broke on my garage door 4th of July. I called and Precision came out the next day. Repaired my spring and we ended up changing my rollers (garage door 24years old). Didn’t break my bank account. Totally professional. I highly recommend this company.

I live in Panama City. I was told there would be a $49.95 service fee. I told the young lady I would call back. I called back and after a few seconds of conversation she waived the service call fee. The young man came out and told me the Panama City area service is $65.00. I explained to him I was told 49.95 and that fee was waived. He said he could not waive the fee but he would charge me 49.95 plus parts. If my parts had came to over $100.00 he would waive the service fee. I called the office and they read the notes back to us. Like I said before the service was waived. He told her the call center can't waive the fees because they don't work the field. I told them both don't penalize me for the miscommunication. It was proven that what I was told, was right. Instead of moving forward and winning over my business, they decided to continue to debate and involve a manager. I decided that I would find someone else to buy my parts from. 20 minutes of wasted time and it was hot.

Alex is a polite professional who expertly installed the companies “Better” package. Had a spring break yesterday and within a little over an hour he replaced all movable parts to include balancing the garage door. Would definitely recommend “Precision Door Service” to anyone needing repair/upgrading on their garage door.
