We chose Precision Door because of the same day service and the overall good reviews. We weren't disappointed. Corey arrived and quickly assessed the overall condition of our door. We have a 40+ year old wood door that was in dire need of attention. Corey very patiently rebuilt the track parts and with new springs etc. It was lifting better than ever.

I chose Precision because of their same day service. The guys came out and diagnosed my problem and told me I needed a new door. They were able to close my old door so that my garage was secured. A few days later I accidentally hit the door opener in my car and had to call the guys to come back out to close my door. They came out that day and took care of the problem. I have ordered a new garage door and I'm very anxious to get it installed. I would definitely recommend Precision based on their service so far.

Home Advisor gave me two companies that install garage doors in this area. The first company that came to my home actually offered me a lower price for the work. However, when I mentioned the two negative reviews that were posted on Home Advisor, the salesman kept speaking but did not make eye contact with me for the remainder of the time he was in my home. Further, he literally turned his body away from me to the point that I was talking to his back! When the salesperson for precision doors came over, he was friendly, direct and honest, never losing eye contact with me. Needless to say, I chose Precision and it was an OUTSTANDING choice!! Precision Doors was at my home the next day and within 4 hours, I had the greatest garage door and automatic opener I could ask for. The technicians were experienced, hard working and had no problems explaining to me what they were doing. The door was in place and working and my old door was taken away. I could not be happier!!!

Let me start off by saying you get what you pay for; pricey, but I don't think I could have asked for better or faster service. Our repair technician was Corey and man was he fast to answer the call. The wife and I came home from work at about 5pm. Garage door shut and BANG! our spring popped in half. It's an oversized two car garage door so needles to say opening it manually was going to be near impossible. Anyway, I called into Percision Door around 5:15pm. Phone operator said we could expect someone to be out between 6 and 8 the same evening. Well she lied, Corey was pulling into our driveway by 5:45. Corey quickly checked the door over, noted not only the spring needing repair obviously, but took the time to point out some bent wheels. Corey went through an upfront quote, plainly listed 3 different repair option. We chose the middle road, and Corey went to work. The repairs took about and hour. Not only were new springs installed, but wheels were replaced and every part of the door assembly was treated with lubricant. Needless to say we have next to a new door now, nigh unto silent and with a warranty. Again a bit pricey, but well worth it, especially considering the time of night.

Put it this way: they answered the phone with an actual human. Their technician appeared at the appointed time. He was neatly attired in a company uniform. He appeard to be a professional. In fact, they had sent me an appointment conformation with the pictures of their service techs - no problem with identifying their legitimacy. The tech had a copy of a previous service they provided several years ago. He quickly diagnosed our problem, noted that the previous work was covered by lifetime warranty (with no prompting from me). I received your advertisement in a group of flyers in the mail some time ago and thought I had better hold on to it just in case as it looked like good coverage. Today I called for service as my unit was malfunctioning and your rep, Corey, arrived at the time promised. Darrell Williams was the person who did my door installation. He was on time both for the initial inspection (proposal) and installation. I am retired Navy and timeliness is very important to me. I interviewed other companies but their personnel did not appear as professional as Precision's. Darrell made sure the installation was done correctly and that all old material was removed from my property. My only problem with Precision was when I attempted to accept your proposal. After four phone calls and several days I informed your people that "this is the last call" and I'll be going elsewhere. Luckily I was so impressed with Darrell that I stuck it out and finally got through to Jason who completed the deal. I am retired military and a senior citizen but did no get discounts associated with those identities as I see offered on this letter.

Five stars for sure!! Loving my new opener on my roll up shop door! Works exactly like I had hoped and the remote even matches the interior of my new Lil sports car, bonus! I've been wanting to have this done for a long time, I had stopped by another door co., twice to have done and nobody would contact me back. Recently my mom had these same people out to replace a circuit board in her opener, I asked her to tell them that no one had ever called me back about what I wanted, still no call. So I looked up openers on internet and found Precision door on a Friday night around 11pm with a live chat, discussed my needs and Precision door was at my home at 7:45am Saturday morning!!! It is not possible to ask for more prompt service!!!! I will be adding garage space to my house in near future and Precision door is the only place I'll contact!
