We called Precision Door to replace a spring that had broke on our garage door. The customer service was wonderful from the time I called to schedule the appt to the wonderful person that came to do the repair! They give you a courteous text notifying you with the profile and picture of the person coming to service your door!! We had Chris Taylor as the service worker who did our repair! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and courteous! We had an overall wonderful experience. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family when they are needing their services.

We had an issue with our garage door that Precision had installed last year, the hinge pulled right through the door. I called yesterday and the guys came out this afternoon to fix it. As always, they were super courteous and personable. I feel the cost was acceptable, although I thought it would have been covered since the door is only about 6 months old, they did waive the service call, so I'm okay with it. I've always had great experiences with Precision and would recommend them to anyone who needs their system serviced or a new system installed. Thanks for the great service, guys!

I am overly pleased with my experience with Precision door service! From the time I picked up the phone to when the service guys pulled out of my driveway, it was a top notch experience. It isn’t very common anymore to find people who care about the job they are doing and take pride in doing it. The two gentlemen who came to my house were a breath of fresh air.
