Called for a belt repair and got a next day appointment. Corey and John were early and ready to work. They quickly identified a broken gear on the motor to be the cause of the belt failure and laid out the options/costs and associated risks to either repair or replace the motor. I chose a new motor and they had it replaced in no time, and ensured we were familiar with the operation and safety features. Great customer service, we're very pleased. I also appreciate the military discount.

I selected PDS because they advertised they would be able to meet and perform the job that day. As both our cars were captive in the garage we were appreciative that we could resolve the situation the same day, although we missed the grandson's last soccer game that morning and we are still hearing about it. When a time was scheduled and the technician was running over on another job, he called to advise us he would be late. His job took another turn for more time and we got a call from a replacement tech who had finished his job early, so he arrived and commenced replacement of the springs. He was courteous, readily answered my questions and made sure I understood the billing and warranty. I didn't know the springs were made out of gold, but I would be happy to recommend PDS to others in need of garage door repairs.

Same day service as promised, the serviceman was on time and completed the work in 30 minutes or so. Double checked everything and made sure our garage door operated properly. If needed I would use them again.

Precision is Awesome. We have used them twice, last year to replace our motor and this time to replace the spring and bearings. Just like last time we had the spring go out last night. Call them in the morning and they were at our house by 12:30. Springs and bearings replaced within the hour and a half expectation. The technician was very friendly, 2 for 2 on getting the job done, day 1. Not many companies can take the phone call, schedule the appointment, be on time for the appointment, assess the problem correctly and fix the issue all on the same day. Once again they are fast, friendly and get the job done. Thanks Precision. You took a big problem for our family and made it a non issue within half a day.

Excellent call center service. Arranged the work for the next day on a Saturday without a surcharge for the weekend work. Very nice service provider. Would have been able to do it all by phone if needed, but instead I got good advice and help-ful insight as I saw him when the work was completed.
