We are VERY satisfied with the response time and the service. When our garage door suddenly failed and fell part-way my car was outside but my wife's car was inside (undamaged). We needed the situation remedied fast. COREY HANE arrived promptly and provided superb service and technical expertise. I observed the entire repair and asked questions along the way. He immediately discovered the problem and why the door had failed. His work,answers to my questions and his service were exceptional. Just had service completed on my garage door and am extremely satisfied. I found Precision by searching online and was impressed with the professional website and particularly the ability to see a photo of my technician (Corey) before he came out. I was able to get an appointment the next day and the tech arrived ahead of schedule, which was great. On Wednesday November 23rd my garage door broke and you all had been recommended too me by a co-worker. I called and within an hour Corey and Blaine arrived. I found Precision on Google and I'm so happy I did! Corey came to help me with the motor for my garage door. He said he could preform a tune up on the motor, but because of the age of it I just decided to have him install a new one. He had it installed in no time! He was quick and courteous. Called these guys after hours out to my commercial business. I had a 12 foot rollup door jump track, leaving my business unsecured, after business hours. I called Precision and they had a tech onsite within 40 minutes! I was blown away at the service provided, and Jason, the Tech who handled my claim, was beyond professional and thorough!
