Precision door service goes above and beyond, I have always been impressed with the Tech who perform the work and being able to get scheduled on the same day. I only need a bottom door seal, but the Tech pulled up my account the door hasn't been serviced since 2022. I had the service done and other minor things and i'm satisfied i will not have any issues with my garage door. I would recommend Precision Garage door anytime.

I chose PGDS as I have used you 4 years ago on a job in Gulf Breeze. Had good experience then with the Tech and we had a great experience with Nathan on our job @ 406 Ronji Way. A neighbor recommended this business. I filled out my request for service online and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Precision Door was quick to respond with texts and phone calls. My appointment was double booked with another customer. I was given priority since my car was locked in my garage due to a broken overhead spring, and I had a doctor's appointment that I needed to make. Cody came at 8 am, got my car out, and asked if he could service the other booked appointment next and come back later the same day. I agreed. While waiting, I read helpful bios and reviews on line. Reading the reviews helped me realize that they offer a military discount (which I was given). It also helped me realize that they charge a convenience fee for using a credit or debit card. I wrote a check and was still charged the convenience fee. I realized this when I read over the itemized invoice. I asked my wife to double check my figures. She agreed and called Precision Door the next day. After she spoke to a person in the Pensacola office about the overcharge, we are expecting that fee to be reimbursed.

I had to replace an old garage door opener as it became inoperable. I chose Precision Door Services as it had numerous outstanding ratings on the Internet. The installer was Zamir Dyer. I was really impressed with the way this replacement project was laid out by Zamir and the timely and efficient way that he made this change. As Zamir worked, every piece of waste/scrap was tossed into a box and the garage was perfectly clean when he left. My hat is off to Zamir. Job WELL DONE. Dr. Carl Sightler
