Alex Tran, was prompt, professional, and provided a quality install of my broken spring. My Door opener was 14 years old and still chain driven, we discussed replacing with a wall mounted unit and the installers arrived to replace my old door opener just as Alex was completing his job. I called the service number at 11 pm, and had an appointment at 10am the next morning and the door was fixed by 11 am. Thanks.

I called at 3 pm and Dawson arrived by 5 pm. He was incredible! He tried to fix the problem I was having until we both realized I would need a new opener. He had everything he needed on his truck. Can’t say enough good about Precision Door. They originally installed our garage door in 2019 and were very proud and thorough. We have had them out twice since then for routine maintenance. Most recently technician Dylan Shipman came out and checked over everything and found a couple bolts that needed tightening. He was great. We will always call Precision for our garage door needs.

Our garage door cable broke from corrosion after many years of service. I looked up Garage Door service in Pensacola and found this company. After reviewing their reviews, which were spectacular, I called on a Saturday afternoon to schedule a visit during the workweek. The dispatcher informed me that she would be able to get someone out to our home the next day. I asked about weekend after hours rates. She then informed me that the same fee applies as weekdays. What a benefit! The next afternoon Dylan showed up on time and did a safety inspections. He gave me three options with the pricing. Precision gave me a military discount being a disable Marine Corp Veteran, I happily accepted. Dylan was efficient with his time and had the whole process , repairing our door with replacement parts he had on his truck. I appreciate the work and highly recommend this company.
