Our garage door cable broke from corrosion after many years of service. I looked up Garage Door service in Pensacola and found this company. After reviewing their reviews, which were spectacular, I called on a Saturday afternoon to schedule a visit during the workweek. The dispatcher informed me that she would be able to get someone out to our home the next day. I asked about weekend after hours rates. She then informed me that the same fee applies as weekdays. What a benefit! The next afternoon Dylan showed up on time and did a safety inspections. He gave me three options with the pricing. Precision gave me a military discount being a disable Marine Corp Veteran, I happily accepted. Dylan was efficient with his time and had the whole process , repairing our door with replacement parts he had on his truck. I appreciate the work and highly recommend this company. great expereince, from the first call to cody coming to zamir, who by the way great response time, cody communicated to use after his initial 25 point inspection,gave us all our options inclding pricing. then it was zamirs turn after being summoned arrival 20 minutes , went to work 2 hours later, which the time was told to us by zamir. no oh by the way. professionalism all around, polite , hard woking, finished job went thru the in and out of new opener helped us program what was needed and asked about. did not leave until we were satisfied that everything was covered. great job ladies and gentlemen.highly,highly, recommend them!!!

Got Precision recc from local Nature Trail residents….. The company was quick to respond on a SATURDAY to resolve our problem (broken spring). When Nathan came over he gave us the several options available. It was getting quite late, so we all decided it would be best to start on Monday, since auto was outside ! Nathan arrived ON TIME on Monday, set all his equipment up, and got right to the “10 year warranty” job. You could tell he was quite experienced with the job challenges. In about 3 hours, he was completely done, showed us how to use the app, and new interior wall mount pad. Very positive experience….Nathan the tech is a real keeper !!! We have recc him thoughout Nature Trail !!!

I was really impressed with the way this replacement project was laid out by Zamir and the timely and efficient way that he made this change. Precision door service goes above and beyond, I have always been impressed with the Tech who perform the work and being able to get scheduled on the same day. I only need a bottom door seal, but the Tech pulled up my account the door hasn't been serviced since 2022. I had the service done and other minor things and i'm satisfied i will not have any issues with my garage door. I would recommend Precision Garage door anytime.
