My service tech Alex Tran was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and fast at his job. He is a credit to your company. Having been in the construction industry for over 30 years, I know my way around tools and can just about build a house by myself. But I chose to have someone else do the job so I didn't have to get parts or new tools for the task. Not to mention, save time.

My garage door was in need of attention. Sometimes it would not open remotely from my vehicle. Also, the remote on the outside of my garage was no longer working. Alex Tran (technician) fixed both problems in a short time period. He was very professional and friendly. He also called before coming to my home to inform me of his estimated arrival time which was very near or slightly before the scheduled appointment time. I’m very satisfied with the service rendered! Needed repairs to my garage door. The two young men who did the work were courteous and knowledgeable. Offered the choices and explained the differences. The work was completed quickly and I am happy with the results except for the remote for the car. I am unable to keep it on my visor but maybe that's the plan to keep it out of sight.
