My inlaws were in need of a new garage door after the door came off the tracks. We contacted Precision first thing on a Friday morning and they were out within 2 hours. A new door was ordered and it was then installed on Monday morning first thing. Jason was the technician and he was very professional, very informative, and excellent at explaining the entire process. We were very pleased from start to finish.

My garage door spring broke Monday afternoon at 4pm on a holiday. I found your website and noticed a 24hr chat link. I wanted to inquiry about the price to repair the spring. I got a quick reply and was told they could schedule someone to be at my house between 6pm-8pm that night. I went ahead and scheduled it and with an hour the tech called and was on his way. Not only was it storming outside and under a tornado watch a tornado had actually struck in our area and the tech, Jason Lite's, still came out. Very courteous and professional. He explained the repair and what it would cost before the fix. Highly recommend this business for anybody looking for quick service and fair pricing.

How refreshing to dial your number for a service call and hear a pleasant answer instead of going through a series of pushing buttons to reach a person. Another pleasant thing was getting an appointment for the service call the same day. Better still, a call was made to confirm the appointment and suggested an earlier time which was great. We were pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of their skill in repairing our garage door opener. In answering our questions, they were able to assist us further in some repairs needed for our garage door. Also, let me add that we are senior citizens and appreciated the respect shown to us by the repairmen. We will not hesitate to recommend this great company to all our friends.

We were first-time customers with Precision Garage Door Service and I must say, we were very pleasantly surprised. I am very well satisfied with the repair work on my garage door provided by Precision Door Service. They kept me informed on their arrival time and arrived on time. The two service men were courteous and very helpful in explaining the repair options, what was included in each option and the cost of each option. During the repair service, they answered my questions about my garage door springs, rollers and motor. They checked and tightened all the bolts and screws on the door. Altogether, the repair time took about 40 minutes.

Prompt and on time! Jason was very profession and identified exactly what my issues were. Best thing was that they replaced the broken spring and installed the correct bracket (one that was installed was not even close to being correct or mounted in right place) in 30 minutes. Great job!! We had a great experience with our technician. Our garage door had been improperly installed by the builder with very cheap and incorrect parts. The door finally failed on us after making horrible noises, leaving our home vulnerable to critters and criminals. Precision Door Service responded quickly. The technician took the time to explain the problems and give us options. For safety and peace of mind, we had the technicians install new cables, springs, rollers, etc. An overhaul! We highly recommend them.

I chose precision because I wanted someone to answer the phone. I briefed the two technicians on what the problem was and what I had already done to try and repair it, unsuccessfully of course. I was amazed at how quickly they diagnosed the problem and I also liked different repair options. Having worked on my door my self changing a broken spring and making adjustments. I was blown away at how quickly and effortlessly they replaced the parts and had it working better than before. They also discovered that when I took off the hurricane bar I made the door too light which caused my drums to keep slipping. Your technicians made it look like child's play. They were awesome. Jason showed up on time and with the correct parts to do the job. He and a new man being trained had the torsion springs, center bearing, and all of the roller bearings replaced in less than an hour! Keep in mind they weren't rushing, they just knew exactly how to do the job. Great work!
