Excellent service!!! Our opener belt had broken and needed to be replaced. On arrival and inspection, the crew identified problems with the hinges improperly installed on both garage doors. They removed and reinstalled the hinges in the correct positions and did an excellent job of replacing the broken opener belt. I highly recommend PDS and look forward to working with them in the future.

Jason came out to the beach to repair a broken spring on our i-drive system. It now works well, and I especially appreciate him taking the time to review system operation and maintenance with me. Our house is finishing a 6-month restoration so we've not had power in a while. He explained how the system will calibrate itself when power is restored. Have to admit I was a little nervous when I found out that our service tech, Roger Sweat, would be our tech for the repair of our garage door as he was new to Precision Door Service company but he informed us he came to the job with 26 years of repairing/installing garage door experience. Roger quickly found the reason why our garage door would not open and installed a top of the line spring, cable, and roller kit. Our door works better than it ever has and is 100% quieter. He also figured out why our remotes were not working properly and suggested we replace the LED bulbs on the door opener with GE "rough service" light bulbs. It solved our remote control garage door opener problems instantly!!!

I would highly recommend your company to any of my family or friends. Jason was wonderful, professional and finished the job quickly. Not only is he an employee that wonderfully represents your company, he is a gentleman as well. I am an elderly woman that was trying to hang a curtain rod. I was having a lot of difficulty with it. Jason was AWESOME, respectful (me being a woman,we often get treated differently), informative and professional. Not to mention on time and the repair was quick but thorough. Garage springs broke on us and needed it fixed asap due to an upcoming trip next week. Service availabilities are very accommodating, which was a plus for my busy work schedule so they were able to come out last minute. Impressed how everything was shown on an iPad for each specific thing being done beforehand, so I didn't feel as if random items I knew nothing of were added to the cost. The technician arrived promptly, ran a comprehensive check of the garage door, showed me the checklist and explained it. He repaired the system in very short order. He also identified a problem I had with the electric eye sensor that I had just been living with and with my permission repaired that also. At my request he sold me a remote opener that had not come with the house when I bought it several years ago. Satisfied that all was working well and that I understood how to operate the remote he was finished. The entire experience was positive and I felt that I received good value for my money. Of special note to me was that he did not try to sell me a new door, which had been my fear.

I had closure issues with my garage door and found local service yesterday. Today presented a new problem which prevented me from opening my garage to put our car away but the local company evidently takes Friday afternoons off. I called Precision around 4 pm and was professionally greeted, knowledgably identified and assured a technician would be at my home between 6 and 8 pm. I received a call shortly after 5:30 letting me know they were enroute. My garage door issues were diagnosed and repaired in less than half an hour. This type of service is unheard of and rarely experienced by me. How incredible to have such a professional and knowledgeable company available. I would recommend never wasting your time on any other company due to the efficiency, reliability and integrity of Precision.

I only called your company because you advertise servcie within 4 hours. It was early afternoon when my garage door broke and I needed to be able to close it for the night. I was given a time of 5-7 PM when I ordered service and I was happy with that.
