I purchased an 8x10 garage door and opener for my new shop. The company and technician have been very professional and prompt from the initial contact. The door looks to be very good quality. I thought the extended warranty was a bit expensive at first, but after the tech explained what was in it and what it covered, I did get it and recommend it. I can't think of anything about the equipment or install that wasn't top notch. Very professional company.

First, I was most pleased to have a service call the day I called your company. And, I feel fortunate to have Jason Lites as the technician responding. After explaining the situation to him, Jason explained several possible actions and the relative costs. After we decided on what I needed at this time, Jason proceeded with great efficiency to complete the job in 1.5 hours. He should be given at least 6 Atta Boys !!! Everything was done on time. I was told when the repair man was coming for an estimate and he was here within 5 minutes. I was told when he would be here to fix my door, how much it would be and how long it would take. Again he was here within 5 minutes of that time, the price did not change and he was finished when he said he would be. It was absolutely a pleasure doing business with you. I called and was able to set up an immediate appointment, the technician arrived at the promised time. The repair was made quickly and professionally, but to top it off - the technician offered to program my HomeLink and remote keypad, and did so in just a few moments - something I'd been unable to do. As a service industry consultant, I know when expectations are exceeded - and mine certainly were. I'll never call anyone else when I need service on my garage doors.

I am very leery when it comes to hiring contractors to do work for me. I have been disappointed many times in the past. Being a craftsman, and growing up in the construction industry, I am very picky and I can do many things well myself and I have found that I can almost always do a better job than the people I hire. On a recommendation from Angie’s list, I contacted Precision Door Service to tune-up my garage door. The tech I met was Justin Ables, and he did a very fine job. He made me happy which is not an easy thing to do. So much so, that I decided to give Precision Overhead Door Service a chance to install three new roll-up garage doors in my new garage. They bid on the job like everyone else and they beat the prices I had received from the other companies. Since I was already familiar with their excellent service, it was an easy decision to make. As before, they did an excellent job; this time installing new doors. I can recommend them highly to my friends, and will use them again myself.
