Austin came to do take care of a terrible squeak on a our hurricane proof, insulated door that was installed last May. After getting a quote from American Door for over $650 to replace a torsion spring, I decided to give these guys a shot. Same day appointment for a quote AND repair (within an hour, actually) and did it for less than half of American's quote. Austin and Derrick arrived on time and quickly evaluated my poor-performing garage door. They recommended three options and I was able to select the one I wanted. This new motor has higher horsepower, works great, and so quietly. New springs and rollers installed. And I have an outdoor keypad access. Problem solved! I was totally amazed at the quick response and professionalism offered by Precision Door. Austin and Colt were so nice and they did an amazing job.
