Called Precision Door at 0800 and they offered me a service appointment at 1200 the same day. Technician (Austin) called at 1145 to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he thoroughly examined both our garage doors (reason for our call: broken spring on the most-used door), we agreed on repairs to be done, and he went right to work. Everything he needed was on his truck. It was a pleasure to watch an experienced, competent, professional get our doors back in action. From now on, this company is my go-to for garage door maintenance and repair.

I'm so pleased I contacted Precision for my garage door repair. Austin Young repaired and replaced many parts on my garage door. Can't believe how big a difference there is in the sound and smoothness of its operation now. Mr. Young was very polite and wasted no time while doing extensive repair and replacement of many old components that were at their breaking point and extremely noisy. I am more than pleased. I'm a repeat customer. Our old, worn-out, garage door opener suddenly (and unexpectedly) broke. Having used Precision in the past for one of my rentals, I knew who to call. Precision showed up the next day and replaced the garage door opener with a new belt-drive unit that is sweet! They also replaced the original door springs and now, everything works like a charm. Best choice for all garage door needs! I called that morning. The person who answered was professional, responsive, and listened! She sent a Excellent tech out. He explained everything. Gave me options. Best & better. Both affordable. GAVE US MILITARY DISCOUNT!! Very important. To my husband a Veteran. Thank you The tech quickly went to work. In less than an hour. He had our garage door fixed. A New build house less than two years old. He explained why. This happened. Gave me tips how to oil the casters. Where exactly to point. What is best products to use. He had already taken care of that for me. For now. Then he explained the billing. He went over everything. He showed me what was changed out. He went above my expectations! He again was very professional. Most important. This option had a ten yrs Warranty. Absolutely no one these days gives that kind of warranty. They stand behind parts and quality of labor! Wonderful experience start to finish. My garage door spring broke on Mother’s Day. I called Precision and the service rep was very personable and professional.
