Our garage spring could not be opened due to a spring. We called Precison and they sent a service technician the same day. The technician was courteous , very knowledgeable, and I had him do a complete overhaul of the replacement springs and all garage door componments. The garage door now closes smoothly and you can hardly hear it operating. Price for complete repair was very reasonable.

Name & number on one of your trucks caught my eye. I did a little internet research and called. Kayle was polite, professional and scheduled Alex Tran To come and check my problem. He called ahead & sent a text prior to coming. As expected he suggested a bad circuit board. He gave me 3 estimates depending on what I wanted to do. Decision made, replaced motor & track in little more than an hour. Very professional - definately recommend!

We will definitely use Precision Garage Doors for all future garage door service needs. We will also highly recommend them to friends and family. Alex was the technician assigned to our service call. He notified us that he was running ahead of schedule asked if we would like for him to come prior to our scheduled appointment. Once he arrived he performed a 25 point inspection on our garage doors. Once he completed the inspection he presented us with several options on what service he could provide and the associated cost. He answered all of questions and proved to be very knowledgeable. After he completed the work he thoroughly explained everything he had done and again answered all of our questions. Cost of service was competitive, and quite the value considering the quality of the service provided. First rate operation.

Contacted Precision Door Service for repair on an existing garage door opener (25 years old). Technician determined that the logic board was bad and recommended that the existing door opener be replaced due the the age of the equipment. The technician, Alex Tran, installed a complete new system in just over an hour. Alex was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Amazingly prompt service and resolution to my garage door dilemma. Seems I failed to notice the door was closing at the same moment I was backing out (odd how that happened...ha). I called Precision, was greeted immediately by a pleasant and professional man who found my past customer information and assured me someone would arrive in a 2 hour window set for the afternoon. It seems I no sooner placed the call that a technician was in my drive. He was non judgmental, assessed the problem and assured me it was an easy fix. Alex is a polite professional who expertly installed the companies “Better” package. Had a spring break yesterday and within a little over an hour he replaced all movable parts to include balancing the garage door. Both Alex and the person training were very prompt, professional and new exactly what needed to be done for the repair to the door. He replaced the 2 sensors, reworded both sides and tightened and replaced the screws holding the frame together. Great work and service. Would recommend both the company and the technicians.
