My tension spring broke on my garage door. A family friend referred Precision Garage Door Service to do the repair. They were very easy to contact in the late afternoon and I had an appointment for the next morning. Cody came out and took care of all my needs. He was very professional and courteous. I was routed to Precision by the manufacturer of my doors. I don't know if Precision installed it originally about 13 years ago. A spring broke on Friday and I couldn't open the door. I called Precission and they had a technician there late that afternoon to evaluate and give me a price. He was back at 8 a.m. Saturday and did what he called an overhaull on both doors. He worked quickly ant answered my questions. I can't say yet how this will holld up in the long run but from all appearences it is excellent work. I especially commend him on getting it done on a weekend..Ater he had given me a price and I accepted it, I asked if they gave a military discount, He said they did and they honorred it. He also corrected a problem I had been having since the original installation with one of the doors not closing without holding the button down for the whole cycle on sunny days about 6 months of the year due to sun angle. The new opener works great.

We first used Precision garage in 2018 to repair a broken garage spring. Precision effiently replaced our broken spring with 2 black basic torsion springs. Six years later, they replaced our broken spring with the higher quality green torsion springs with a 10 year warranty. Trung was amazing!

We had an issue with neither one of the garage door sensors illuminating as they should. After some troubleshooting, I could not determine the cause, so we called Precision. They had installed the garage door opener several years ago and did a great job. Tommy showed up that same morning, a big smile on his face, and very friendly. We discussed the problem and he went right to work. After inspecting the system, he determined that the motor was the culprit. Tommy removed and replaced the motor, reconnected the necessary components, completed the up / down travel limit adjustments, reprogrammed the remote access panel, and we were good to go. Once Tommy was completed, he cleaned up the entire work area, leaving nothing behind. I was very pleased with his performance. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

This Guy did a great Job. Thomas got here late due to his previous job but evaluated the project and gave us 4 separate quotes and we decided one. He then setup a tech to come in the next morning But all were already slated for installations, so he checked his vehicle to see if he had everything to do the job, and did, so he installed it himself and did a great job in about 1-1/2 hours.
