Awesome! These guys are pros! They gave me an estimate and then were able to repair my door within a few days. I needed the bottom panel of my steel door replaced. It only took them 30 minutes! I was very impressed!

Found Precision Door on Home Advisor web-site. Called on Monday afternoon, got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon for Garage Door repair. Technician Wade McNeal evaluated the problem with my garage door. Had all parts needed on his truck to fix the problem. Installed new rollers, 2 new hinges, new garage door opener and keypad with 2 garage door openers and programmed my SUV to open/close garage door all this in about a 2 hour period at a very fair price. Best of all, a nice quite garage door opener. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a great job.

I called at about 8am and Wade and his partner were at my home by 9:30am on the same day! I was super impressed with their response time. They were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was, they replaced parts and I was using my garage door within a very short time. All I can say is awesome! I called (mid afternoon)and they were there, within 2 hours. The Tech, Wade, was very polite and greeted me with a handshake. He quickly accessed my situation and gave me a fair price for repairs. Before I knew it he was done. I highly recommend this company. Precision Door responded the same day I called them for a door repair. After checking the door it was damaged too much for repair, which I figured it would be since the tracks we're bent. The tech was able to get the rollers back on so that I could secure the garage area. I purchased a new garage door and different rollers that day and three days later Precision Door installed and adjusted the opening and closing of the door to my satisfaction. Everything from the first call to the installation was done politely and professionally. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door or repairs.

The service was great. The first two technician that helped with the consultation and quote were extremely helpful. They helped hold the garage door so I could get my car out so I wasn't stranded and then was able to put it back down and lock the patch in place wonky door wasn't always open leaving me susceptible to break-ins. They went over and beyond on service while they were here. They did give me a slight miscommunication about the repair date and time schedule but the guy from the main office who called and scheduled the garage door replacement did everything he could to get his guys out there as the first guy had promised. The technicians that did the repair got it down in the time frame unneeded so I could make my other appointments for the day too and the new garage door and paneling looks better and even SOUNDS WAY WAY better. It's almost quiet now. And it doesn't get stuck either and that's not even the reason the door was being replaced for initially anyway. They also drove all the way from Pensacola to Panama City to replace my garage door, an for an early morning appointment too. That's a far drive too, that's what I consider great service all the way around. Thanks a bunch!

The response time was incredibly short. I called yesterday afternoon when the garage door broke, the broken springs were replaced and new rollers installed by 11:30 the next day. Highly recommend these guys !
