I was easily able to book a Saturday appointment online with less than 24 hours out. Alex and Josh showed up and did a perfect job getting my clackety, busted-up garage door renewed (springs, rollers, bearings, etc.). Price was reasonable and quality of parts and service is apparent. Kenny came out and gave me an estimate for a new door. He went over all of the options to help me find the best door for my needs. He explained the process of how the installers would complete the installation of my new door and he listened to my needs. When I started looking for help with our garage door, I asked three friends who to call. All three recommended Precision. Now I know why. It's just amazing what Nathan was able to do. There was a multitude of issues with so many parts of our 37 year old garage door that needed repair. Nathan explained what he could do to correct all the defects. Nathan Hane was my technician who came and checked out my garage door and checked it thoroughly and gave me several things and options to fix what was going on. There was no high pressure to go for the most expensive way but gave me several things that could be done. I appreciated getting a complete update and what I could do and what they would do.
