This Guy did a great Job. Thomas got here late due to his previous job but evaluated the project and gave us 4 separate quotes and we decided one. He then setup a tech to come in the next morning But all were already slated for installations, so he checked his vehicle to see if he had everything to do the job, and did, so he installed it himself and did a great job in about 1-1/2 hours. He looked at the garage to determine the issue. Once he figured out what was wrong he took the time to fully explain to me what the issue was and he explained in layman's terms, very easy to understand, what he would do to fix the garage door. I am a long-time repeat customer of Precision Garage Door Service in Penscola and will continue to be in the future. Their service, as always, was very prompt, timely and efficient. Early on a Sunday morning my old garage door opener was activated by me and I was greeted by a loud grinding noise. i knew it (the motor) was trashed. I immediately made a call to Precision and expected I would have to have to leave a message (it was early Sunday morning) and was really quite surpised to be greeted by a lady who quickly found my name, phone and other particulars from the company previous service records. She assured me that I would be contacted and on Monday I was contacted by Alex Tran who arrived at my home and made all the arrangements for a new Liftmaster motor installation. A two-person team - Zamir Dyer and Jabre Jones arrived on Tuesday noon to take down my old door opener and install a new LiftMaster. .I observed these two young men and to me they seemed like the Dynamic Duo. They were polite (answered all my technical questions) while they worked as a well-coordinated team. The job/task was efficiently completed in an hour. I was really quite impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work. Both are to be commended for their professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness. Bottom line: I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing their garage door repaired or replaced- on time and on target! Well Done Precision! These folks are so good you are going to think this review is fake, but it’s not. You know you have a quality company when you call at 5:00 pm just hoping to get a service tech sometime during the week, and the repair tech is there before 6:00pm the SAME DAY. Fixes, in my case replaces the sensor pair, the problem and the bill is way less than you thought, including labor. And no extra charge for coming out on a freezing cold night and he had a smile on his face. The Precision Door people are ALWAYS professional, polite, efficient, and thorough. I would give them MORE than five stars if I could. Kudos and super well done. Many thanks.

I was amazed of the fast service that I received on October 29. I received an error on my app on my garage door opener. I called Precision and was given an estimated time that they would come to check the issue. I received a call and they came two hours earlier than expected. Kenny called and said they could come in about 45 minutes to check out the issue. They arrived on time and did a 25 point check to make sure that both doors were in good condition. They found the weather stripping was sticking to the doors. This caused the door to jerk up and put pressure on the motor. The second door had the same issue and a spring about to break because of the pressure. So they gave me an estimate on what it would to replace the weatherstripping around the doors and spring with accessories. Kenny and Thomas were able to do the job while they were there. That is what I called fast service and they did a great job. I tested the doors the next cold morning and they went up smoothly. Thanks for a job well done.
