I received an add in a bulk mailing and kept it in case I ever needed a garage door repair. When my garage door wouldn't open I called the Ph# on the add and was connected to a very polite and knowledgeable person who booked a repair for later that day. The young man that showed up at our home was very polite and explained the repair and the estimated cost. The repair was done as quoted and the job-site left clean and neat. We are very happy with the experience with Precision and we will keep their name on file for future needs and to be able to recommend them to neighbors and friends! Jim Murphy

This was my first time to use Precision Garage Door and I was very impressed. From the office staff who set up my appointment for same day service to the 2 Techs who took care of my garage door issue. The Techs found what was causing the problem immediately and they fixed it very quickly. I, also, got them to do an inspection which turned out well and gave me peace of mind. The Techs were very personable and taught me a lot about caring for my garage in the future by answering all my questions. I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to others.

Everyone I met or talked to were extremely professional and very courteous. The install crew were outstanding and a pleasure to talk to. The service I received was unmatched by any other contractors I've hired so far. I will spread the word here in Panama City. Very satisfied with the product but the personnel is most impressive.

Bobby Boes, When Corey arrived he went over everything and showed me the cost for repairs of $224.25 I agreed to it . After the Job was completed he presented me with a bill of $324.25 a $100.00 bill;higher however he gave me a military discount of 10% of $34.00. The Job was completed in one hour This is a very high price for labor. No new parts were replaced We would like to have a complete breakdown of these charges sent to us on our Email John1962stella@ att.net We feel we have been overcharged. It is with great relief and pleasure to write this review. Do Not Hesitate using Precision Doors. I received a call from my 83 year old Vietnam Veteran who was taken advantage of by one of those fly by night debris companies will cleaning his home in Panama City. When I arrived Thanksgiving Day I started making calls to help him not be so overwhelmed. I started with his garage door that was ruined in the hurricane. Not only did they answer they set an appointment for the next morning. Justin the tech arrived and was a God send, extremely professional, quick and totally reasonable in the job. I can not tell you how many times he referred to The Retired Veteran And Thanked him for his service. The company not only brought back faith in people but also faith in Trust. Thank you Precision and God Bless you Justin for going the extra.

We had a hadnyman install a garage door opener for us (not Precision), it took 3 weeks to get it installed then broke after two weeks. My parents had a Precision 800 installed a couple of months prior to our adventure. They loved it and told me how quiet it was. I just thought they were bragging. But when I went to visit them, the garage door opened so quietly, it really made an impression on me. I found Precision Door Service of Pensacola on-line and used the chat feature on a Friday. I was scheduled for an estimate the following Monday. I was absolutely blown away by the service I received. They sent out two repairmen to give us a full estimate, and had the garage door installed the same day. The rough estimate given in the chat was within $50 of the actual cost. I still smile inside every time it operates. Oh what a difference it makes.

Great job by the repairman but he was not trained properly. Claimed he would take the 49.95 service charge away and if I bought 2 new remotes as I did do. Also told that I would a senior citizen and military discount. Got the discounts but did not remove the sevice charge as he said he would. Like the company but after this incident will no longer give them my business.

We purchased garage door openers earlier this year to replace two units that were damaged by lightning. More recently, Precision did a service check out on all of our garage door openers - including units that we did not purchase from Precision. They also assisted us in synchronizing one of the units with an automobile. All of the technician's suggestions for routine maintenance were very helpful, and we have begun to perform those maintenance suggestions that he recommended. We are very pleased with both the products we purchased and the service. All of the technicians we dealt with have been wonderful. We highly recommend Precision.

Our torsion spring broke on our dated garage door. Our only car was trapped in the garage and we had no way of getting it out. After calling 2 other places with no response, we called Precision. They answered on the 2nd ring and had a tech at our house 3 hours later. He rescued our car and explained our options. We're getting a new door. Very pleased!!!
