I got quality and prompt service from your technician. However I was told that I was buying the plan that offered a transferable lifetime warranty. When I printed it out I found that it is only good as long as I am the one who still has the garage door that was repaired. There are several things that the door needed but you only have room to show one item, on this review, that was replaced.

Outstanding all the way around. Got my door fixed the same day I called it in. The door works better than it ever has and I've been here for 12 years. It's quiet now. Technician knew what he was doing. He had all the parts required to do the job on his truck. I was very happy with the results.

The response to my call was excellent with same day service. The technician, Wade McNeal, did a superior job, not only repairing the problem but going over the entire function of the door and pointing out future problem areas. When I need service in the future or when the door needs replacing, I will definitely call Precision and request Wade for the job.

I had no idea who to call but I was very impressed with the website and the positive reviews..The young lady that scheduled my appointment was very friendly and helpful ..JD and Daniel arrived right on time and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Thankfully it was a minor repair. They were both professional, knowledgeable and very nice. They were very thorough and I feel went over and above even double checking all fittings etc . I'm a Condominium Manager and Daniel and Austin came yesterday to remove an old roll up door and install a new one. The salt air at this beachfront Condo had done a number on these 18 year old doors. These guys worked hard, did not take a break, and did the install to my complete satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use Precision Door again.
