hi there cable came off the pully and the door was stuck open. serviceman came out and in a matter of minutes fixed the problem. door works fine now. this this the second time the wire came off the pully. hope this is the last time. great service and everything is back to normal. thanks.

They told me 4-6 PM, Riley was there at 4 PM, I told him the Genie motor had stopped working. He worked it up on his tablet after inspection and showed me my 3 options; when I made my selection - which was much less expensive than anticipated - (whole new mechanism) he went right to work from his fully-equipped truck and was finished in a little more than 2 hours. Great personality and work ethic - my door sounded like an old Ford truck before it quit and now sounds like a Prius! I highly recommend this company.

We had a garage door installed five years ago and we are still very happy with their service provided by Precision Door of Pensacola. When, we couldn’t open the garage door yesterday, we knew the problem was more than a faulty switch the Garage Door Opener had fail us, the technician fully explained the products and in less than two hours we had a brand new garage door opener installed.
