JD came out as scheduled and gave us quotes to fix our garage door OVER $800?? What a rip-off on so many levels. We called OVERHEAD DOORS they came out within the hour and are fixing our door for less than half

I was stranded and couldn’t get my garage door to go up...for a Senior Citizen this is an issue as the garage door is very heavy! Precision Door Service was awesome! Great service! The technician was very efficient and very respectful. Explained what needed to be done in detail and had my garage door fixed in a very timely manner. I have referred them to my neighbor across the street. I plan in getting a new Linear Operator soon. This Company was outstanding! I would definitely recommend them for any garage door issues.

We will definitely use Precision Garage Doors for all future garage door service needs. We will also highly recommend them to friends and family. Alex was the technician assigned to our service call. He notified us that he was running ahead of schedule asked if we would like for him to come prior to our scheduled appointment. Once he arrived he performed a 25 point inspection on our garage doors. Once he completed the inspection he presented us with several options on what service he could provide and the associated cost. He answered all of questions and proved to be very knowledgeable. After he completed the work he thoroughly explained everything he had done and again answered all of our questions. Cost of service was competitive, and quite the value considering the quality of the service provided. First rate operation.

My door messed up badly on my way to work. Called several places and either got no answer or couldn't help me out in the immediate future. Called Precision and left a message on their service. Very pleased with the service provided. My garage door had to be opened manually due to power problem. When I tried to manually close the door it got stuck halfway. Your tech was able to fix the problem and I had him replace the rollers as they were in bad shape. He was great! The work was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely contact your company the next time my garage door has problems.

I chose Precision because of the website and all the information was there for me to read. I called and received next day service that took care of all my garage door needs. It was very simple to get estimates from William and decide that I would like to install a whole new system for my garage. He and his partner had all the parts needed and took away the old parts when they were finished. It was a very easy process and the work was as professional as you can get. I am very pleased to have called Precision when I had garage door problems - they were just great!

When a spring on our overhead garage door suddenly failed during a Thursday night (with both cars inside) we called Precision to help us address the problem. A two-person team arrived the following day (on a Friday) to install a new spring. Austin and Kenny were courteous, efficient, very technically competent and explained the reasons for the failure and answered all my many questions. I decided then and there it was time to replace my aging overhead garage door and purchase a new garage door from Precision.
