Amazingly prompt service and resolution to my garage door dilemma. Seems I failed to notice the door was closing at the same moment I was backing out (odd how that happened...ha). I called Precision, was greeted immediately by a pleasant and professional man who found my past customer information and assured me someone would arrive in a 2 hour window set for the afternoon. It seems I no sooner placed the call that a technician was in my drive. He was non judgmental, assessed the problem and assured me it was an easy fix. I was back to pre encounter condition in no time, relieved and thrilled beyond belief. How great to have access to such fine and competent people. Thank you....thank you.

We chose precision door because of the top quality, all aluminum brands of garage doors sold by you. Your ratings online or all Superior as well. This was a garage door to replace the one lost in hurricane Michael. We have had a very difficult time finding somebody to provide are very large door in aluminum with nylon rollers with the style we were looking for. I would love the chance to brag on the technicians that showed up this morning ( on time ) to make the contracted repair. William and Daniel were not only very proficient in their trade but also very well mannered and professional in every way. They arrived a little early and got right to work and made every effort to not interfere with our work mission. They finished the repair, cleaned up behind themselves and quietly excused themselves very professionally. I will highly recommend this company to anyone I can but definitely jumped at the chance to pass along my experience to all, considering the professionalism of the technicians that were dispatched to perform the task. Excellent experience with your company. Almost an immediate response to our service request. Here, repairs done and gone within three hours of our initial call. Jason Lites is the perfect representative for your business. Prompt, friendly, informative, offered options and did the work in a very timely manner. He explained the reasons for each option, and left an invitation to call should anything else be needed. Garage door spring broke last night around 8:00 p.m. Called Precision Door Service this morning around 8:00 a.m. and they had a technician at my house at 1:30. Christopher Taylor not only did a fantastic job but his demeanor was very pleasant and he explained everything he was doing plus a full inspection. If you need your garage door fixed don't bother calling anybody else call Precision Door Service! You won't be disappointed. Special thanks to Chris.....you're awesome!

Just had the Garage Door Overhaul service completed following their 25pt safety inspection. Thorough explanations and alternatives provided where available. After dealing with a 15yo opener, worn springs, and noisy rollers I'm pleased with the results. Given their warranty and professionalism, I would easily reccomend Precision to anyone in need of garage door services.

The service was amazing and the ordering and arranging of the service was extremely efficient. Even though the technician did not know ahead of time what he had to deal with, he was completely equipped to handle a complete changeout of the track system, and immediately got to work on it. He provided guidance also on some future work I was thinking about. RJ is now my garage door brain trust guy!
