Cant imagine wanting a more professional company than Precision. I cant think of anything even slightly negative. Removed and installed an entire garage door system in just a few hours. And the door is a beautiful addition to our home. Highly recommend Precision to anyone needing anything ranging from a repair to replacement. Name & number on one of your trucks caught my eye. I did a little internet research and called. Kayle was polite, professional and scheduled Alex Tran To come and check my problem. He called ahead & sent a text prior to coming. As expected he suggested a bad circuit board. He gave me 3 estimates depending on what I wanted to do. Decision made, replaced motor & track in little more than an hour. Very professional - definately recommend!

Kyle and his team were great! They came in and let us know what they were going to do went right to work and finished Very quickly. Then they went through how to put the hurricane shutters on. We had shutters that had to be adjusted for our new deck and the new accommodations worked perfectly. The young men were courteous and very polite. They are a compliment to your business. Best choice for all garage door needs! I called that morning. The person who answered was professional, responsive, and listened! She sent a Excellent tech out. He explained everything. Gave me options. Best & better. Both affordable. GAVE US MILITARY DISCOUNT!! Very important. To my husband a Veteran. Thank you The tech quickly went to work. In less than an hour. He had our garage door fixed. A New build house less than two years old. He explained why. This happened. Gave me tips how to oil the casters. Where exactly to point. What is best products to use. He had already taken care of that for me. For now. Then he explained the billing. He went over everything. He showed me what was changed out. He went above my expectations! He again was very professional. Most important. This option had a ten yrs Warranty. Absolutely no one these days gives that kind of warranty. They stand behind parts and quality of labor! I felt he wasn't rushing me. Even thou his Saturday was quickly being filled with more work orders. I picked the Very best company. I will ask for this tech again. They went out of their way to get a technician to me on the day I called. I received a call back with an arrival btwn 12:00 and 2:00. He arrived at 1:00. He was courteous and worked quickly. My problem was a simple one, but it was huge to me, because it prevented me from using my garage door opener. I will definitely use Precision Door Opener again and/or refer them to friends, fsmily, and acquaintances.

Beginning with the call to Precision to the garage door repair very professional. Tech (Corey I believe) called to let me know he was running about 20 min late. Arrived as stated & explained what the door needed to work properly again. I most certainly will recommend Precision to others.
