Very happy. Garage spring broke last night. We called Precision the next morning, a Saturday, and they sent over repairmen who fixed it in 2 hours. We now have both springs replaced and the associated parts with a lifetime warranty.

Great service overall. I personally don’t think the $50.00 service charge should be applied if the customer hires y’all and buys products from y’all. I owned a home security company and never charged the service call if I was hired to repair it.

Garage door opener failed on Sunday. I called Precision, and they sent a service man on Monday. He had all the parts on his van and we were back in business in a couple hours. Everyone very polite, knowledgeable and prompt. I should tell you that my old opener was 27 years old, so no surprise that it had to be replaced.

Quick response. Excellent customer service. Technician- Schad extremely knowledgeable. Safety review and replacement of previous incorrect springs by builder and replacement of plastic rollers will protect my new opener. Very reasonable with guarantee. Do not waste time like I did. Call these folks and get it done right the first time.

Our service man was JD. He was courteous and very professional. He explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. He made recommendations which would help to prevent future issues. JD listened very well to what had been happening from a power surge and finally gave a lesson on how to properly do maintenance on our overside garage door to help it run smoothly. Precision is blessed to have him as an employee.

I called Precision because my garage door was off the tracks and stuck. I called them in the morning and they had a technician at my house by noon. Hunter did a superb job and explained why my door was stuck and how he would fix it. He was courteous and after he fixed it he went over the functioning of the new door. Good job!

I'm a repeat customer. Our old, worn-out, garage door opener suddenly (and unexpectedly) broke. Having used Precision in the past for one of my rentals, I knew who to call. Precision showed up the next day and replaced the garage door opener with a new belt-drive unit that is sweet! They also replaced the original door springs and now, everything works like a charm. We were up and running in one day! Austin, the service technician was knowledgable, personable, and willing to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend Precision Garadge Door Company.
