Our tech Christopher did an amazing job. My door was so noisy. He inspected it and gave his recommendations on how to resolve it. He went above and beyond by giving me three different options to choose from. I ended up getting the quiet rollers and it made a world of difference. Garage door spring broke last night around 8:00 p.m. Called Precision Door Service this morning around 8:00 a.m. and they had a technician at my house at 1:30. Just had the Garage Door Overhaul service completed following their 25pt safety inspection. Thorough explanations and alternatives provided where available. After dealing with a 15yo opener, worn springs, and noisy rollers I'm pleased with the results.
