Prompt and on time! Jason was very profession and identified exactly what my issues were. Best thing was that they replaced the broken spring and installed the correct bracket (one that was installed was not even close to being correct or mounted in right place) in 30 minutes. Great job!! Precision Door installed new garage doors and openers at our residence. From cradle (initial contact) to grave (completion of project) the service was outstanding. All with whom we came in contact were friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the products purchase and installed. We couldn't have asked for a better installation crew (Jason, James, Kinsman). Great Job - and thank you!

Yesterday, Sunday, I was raising my garage door. It went up half way then came crashing down. I had another company install new springs 3 years ago so I called them but no one answered. Started browsing the internet to find someone to come today to check it out. After calling 5 different places with no positive results, I happened to come across your ad and noticed it said 24/7 service. Called your company, your tech, Justin Ables arrived within 3 hours...saw the problems....gave me 3 repair options and prices. Justin raised the door, got my car out of the garage, then lowered and locked it. He came back the next day with a trainee and they completed the job. Both men were extremely courteous and efficient. The garage door has never operated so smoothly. I will be recommending them to all my friends. This is a CLASS A firm.

We are astounded at the prompt service we received from your company. No other service, appliance repairmen, electricians, plumbers, etc., have ever responded to a repair request so quickly. As noted in other reviews we received an email with a picture of your repairman, a phone call informing us of when he would arrive, which was right on time. He explained exactly what the problem was, gave us a quote which included a lifetime warranty, and went right to work. He finished in an hour and a half. We will definitely recommend your business to our friends. Additionally, we'll write a recommendation article in our monthly community newsletter that is delivered to the 400 homes in our community. Thank you for being such a caring business and so customer friendly.

I couldn't be happier with my new garage door and service I received from Precision. From the initial visit to installation, Justin was professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. He never rushed the decision making process and kept a smile on his face as I changed my mind of the umpteenth time. My new door - glides! It is s nearly silent, so very smooth and quiet. It has brightened up the entire front of my home and I have received many compliments. My highest recommendations.

We had a great experience with our technician. Our garage door had been improperly installed by the builder with very cheap and incorrect parts. The door finally failed on us after making horrible noises, leaving our home vulnerable to critters and criminals. Precision Door Service responded quickly. The technician took the time to explain the problems and give us options. For safety and peace of mind, we had the technicians install new cables, springs, rollers, etc. An overhaul! We highly recommend them.

I chose precision because I wanted someone to answer the phone. I briefed the two technicians on what the problem was and what I had already done to try and repair it, unsuccessfully of course. I was amazed at how quickly they diagnosed the problem and I also liked different repair options. Having worked on my door my self changing a broken spring and making adjustments. I was blown away at how quickly and effortlessly they replaced the parts and had it working better than before. They also discovered that when I took off the hurricane bar I made the door too light which caused my drums to keep slipping. Your technicians made it look like child's play. They were awesome. Thanks
