Proposed work was explained in detail with two options to choose from prior to beginning the work. The work was professionally performed and explained, and the finished job results were demonstrated for my approval before payment. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Suddenly the garage door wouldn't open. The guys were able to make out sooner than planned. Besides broken springs, its an old door with many issues. They explained everything to me. I'm on a tight budget & they fixed my door without breaking my checkbook. I'll be calling them back should I have any other problems.

Excellent response and service, my car was trapped inside the garage after the spring snapped. I was unable to raise the door after the spring broke. Strongly recommended and reasonable price.

This company exemplifies what service is all about. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, equipped & efficient. Was a refreshing experience over what has unfortunately become the norm in the service industry. 5 stars all the way, highly recommend & will use again when need arises.

One of the springs broke this morning so I started a web search for a company to replace it and found Precision with excellent reviews by their customers. I called shortly after 8am when they opened and Justin was here at 8:45. He looked at the problem and provided me three quotes for different levels of service with no up selling. I made my choice and a little more than an hour later we were ready to test. Door lowered ok but it was clear that when the door dropped when raising it and the spring broke I had a stripped component. Justin immediately identified the component - found the replacement part in his truck and 10 minutes later he had picked up his tools and moved everything of mine back into place. Polite, courteous and very professional. Knows his stuff - highly recommend this company and Justin.

I am very well satisfied with the repair work on my garage door provided by Precision Door Service. They kept me informed on their arrival time and arrived on time. The two service men were courteous and very helpful in explaining the repair options, what was included in each option and the cost of each option. During the repair service, they answered my questions about my garage door springs, rollers and motor. They checked and tightened all the bolts and screws on the door. Altogether, the repair time took about 40 minutes.

My garage door was making a horrible noise so I called Precision Door. I was very pleased that someone could take a look at it that very day (my day off from work). It was fixed and reasonably priced. He also advised me on how to take care of the door. I had no idea that I should have been lubricating it. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely use PD again if needed.

Frank was on time, explained exactly what was needed and showed me so I could be sure I knew what was going on. He installed new springs and rollers and gave the door a complete overhaul. And a biggie for me.....he did not spend any time on a cell phone "visiting" with anyone while he was working. That's a huge plus to me.

From the telephone call to set appointment to the tech coming to my home EARLIER than scheduled, I will say that the entire experience surpassed my expectations. Kylie who set my appointment was super professional and very courteous, and Justin who was our tech was not only very expedient in getting the issue diagnosed, but gave me several options for me to make a better decision on how to take care of the problem.. It's refreshing to see people in the service industry have great attitudes doing their jobs and make us as clients feel like a priority and not an interruption in their day! Great job Presion Door of Pensacola!!
