Cannot tell you how pleased I am after Justin showed up two hours EARLY, on a SATURDAY to fix my garage door springs that snapped. Called twice while on the way, showed me what he could do to get us back in action and what he could do to overhaul our 18 year old door! I opted for the Best package that replaced darn near every moving thing on the door but the door itself for half the cost of a new door. Lot of money, yes, but the piece of mind and Lifetime warranty was worth every single penny! Completed the job in right at an hour and Justin was a total professional and superior gentleman to deal with. You're making a mistake by not bookmarking this company and using them for all your garage door needs. I am totally blown away by how easy and silent my door is now. Cannot say Thank You enough. Best company that's ever been to my home, bar none.

I purchased an 8x10 garage door and opener for my new shop. The company and technician have been very professional and prompt from the initial contact. The door looks to be very good quality. I thought the extended warranty was a bit expensive at first, but after the tech explained what was in it and what it covered, I did get it and recommend it. I can't think of anything about the equipment or install that wasn't top notch. Very professional company.

Very good service! Love they provide pics of their techs and the name so you know who to expect. Had a same day appointment and tech called and could even come earlier. This was for a door "tune up" and outside key pad, but we will definitely use again if needed!

My garage door opener,a 1996 Lift Master model,stopped working on Sunday,3/15/15 (beware the Ides of March). I called Precision Door Service on Monday,3/16/15, late morning and was told a technician,Justin Ables,would be at my house between 2:00-5:00 pm the same day to diagnose,repair and/or replace. Justin called at 1:15 pm to let me know he was on the way. I appreciated the Company's prompt,courteous response and I very much appreciated Justin's three repair or replace options after his diagnosis for me to choose. It was fairly obvious of the decision I needed to make without any high pressure sales techniques. I am completely satisfied with my decision and I would highly recommend this Company's products and services.
