I am so impressed with Precision Door Service. The technician wasn't even out of our driveway before I was singing his praises to my husband and to a friend! The technician was courteous and respectful, friendly, efficient. In about 90 minutes, we had a new garage door opener and it's so much quieter than our old one! I have no complaints! On top of that, I had been trying to contact various garage door repair companies for the past 2 weeks or so and could never get a callback. I called Precision just yesterday and was shocked when I was asked if "tomorrow" would be good. I thought we were facing months without a functioning garage door!

JD is the person that came to my house to check my garage door opener. He was on time and went right to work trying to fix my problem. After trying to adjust the door, he told me the motor was bad. I find it very hard to believe the motor is bad when it will open the door (half way) and then close it again. JD was very professional and I appreciate the service.

William did a great job!! Fixed the bent track, replace the opener connection that was ripped off and rehung the door properly. Did it all in about 40 minutes and everything works fine. I highly recommend this company. He saved me having to get a new door for $1450 with a $ 300 repair. Only regret is I can onl give 5 stars!

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the technician. One of my torsion springs broke on me on a Saturday, and it was a day that I had to work. After a quick google search, I found Precision online and I was very surprised they offered a 24/7 call line and that I was able to schedule a technician. They got me set up for the following Monday, so at least I had little peace of mind over the weekend that the door would be fixed. Daniel Lane showed up early for my scheduled time block, and I was prompted by text message that he was on the way. He introduced himself, was totally prepared for the work, and was very professional. After quoting me a fair price, he was on the job and done in under an hour. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing immediate work as will consider them highly if I need any follow on upkeep for the door. Very satisfied...

I received an add in a bulk mailing and kept it in case I ever needed a garage door repair. When my garage door wouldn't open I called the Ph# on the add and was connected to a very polite and knowledgeable person who booked a repair for later that day. The young man that showed up at our home was very polite and explained the repair and the estimated cost. The repair was done as quoted and the job-site left clean and neat. This was my first time to use Precision Garage Door and I was very impressed. From the office staff who set up my appointment for same day service to the 2 Techs who took care of my garage door issue. The Techs found what was causing the problem immediately and they fixed it very quickly. I, also, got them to do an inspection which turned out well and gave me peace of mind. After the Job was completed he presented me with a bill of $324.25 a $100.00 bill;higher however he gave me a military discount of 10% of $34.00. The Job was completed in one hour This is a very high price for labor. It is with great relief and pleasure to write this review. Do Not Hesitate using Precision Doors. I received a call from my 83 year old Vietnam Veteran who was taken advantage of by one of those fly by night debris companies will cleaning his home in Panama City. When I arrived Thanksgiving Day I started making calls to help him not be so overwhelmed. I started with his garage door that was ruined in the hurricane. Not only did they answer they set an appointment for the next morning. Justin the tech arrived and was a God send, extremely professional, quick and totally reasonable in the job. I can not tell you how many times he referred to The Retired Veteran And Thanked him for his service. The company not only brought back faith in people but also faith in Trust.
