The Technician was on time and called me even before he got there to give me an ETA. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. He repaired my door and gave me a heads up of what to look for to tell me that a problem might be arising. The company form the web site to the technician were very professional and Precision will be my garage door company for all future needs. My technician was Wade McNeal and he was quite professional and knowledgeable.

Originally needed a new garage door and unfortunately picked a lower price competitor. After installation, it never worked correctly inluding incorrect adjustment with existing door opener. Finally called Precision and they were able to provide interim adjustments but they also told me the top panel windows didn't meet 140 mph hurricane rating (even though competitor said door was rated). Ultimately the top panel needed replacement as did the door opener. The opener replacement was my choosing. Both times, the Precision technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bottom line...WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Would/will recommend Precision to all. Great job and many thank Darrell Williams!

Corey came out to provide an estimate the same day as our call and Darrell and an assistant came out to replace our garage door at the scheduled time. In an era when so many companies don’t seem to return calls, show up on time (or at all), or provide lackluster service it was refreshing to deal with a company with good communication and professional service from start to finish.
