Precision Door responded the same day I called them for a door repair. After checking the door it was damaged too much for repair, which I figured it would be since the tracks we're bent. The tech was able to get the rollers back on so that I could secure the garage area. I purchased a new garage door and different rollers that day and three days later Precision Door installed and adjusted the opening and closing of the door to my satisfaction. Everything from the first call to the installation was done politely and professionally. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door or repairs.

The service was great. The first two technician that helped with the consultation and quote were extremely helpful. They helped hold the garage door so I could get my car out so I wasn't stranded and then was able to put it back down and lock the patch in place wonky door wasn't always open leaving me susceptible to break-ins. They went over and beyond on service while they were here. They did give me a slight miscommunication about the repair date and time schedule but the guy from the main office who called and scheduled the garage door replacement did everything he could to get his guys out there as the first guy had promised. The technicians that did the repair got it down in the time frame unneeded so I could make my other appointments for the day too and the new garage door and paneling looks better and even SOUNDS WAY WAY better. It's almost quiet now. And it doesn't get stuck either and that's not even the reason the door was being replaced for initially anyway. They also drove all the way from Pensacola to Panama City to replace my garage door, an for an early morning appointment too. That's a far drive too, that's what I consider great service all the way around. Thanks a bunch!

I selected PDS because they advertised they would be able to meet and perform the job that day. As both our cars were captive in the garage we were appreciative that we could resolve the situation the same day, although we missed the grandson's last soccer game that morning and we are still hearing about it. When a time was scheduled and the technician was running over on another job, he called to advise us he would be late. His job took another turn for more time and we got a call from a replacement tech who had finished his job early, so he arrived and commenced replacement of the springs. He was courteous, readily answered my questions and made sure I understood the billing and warranty. I didn't know the springs were made out of gold, but I would be happy to recommend PDS to others in need of garage door repairs.

The response time was incredibly short. I called yesterday afternoon when the garage door broke, the broken springs were replaced and new rollers installed by 11:30 the next day. Highly recommend these guys !
