The spring on my garage door broke on Friday night. None of the local Garage repair companies were open om Saturday, so called Precision. they scheduled us for 2 pm with Darrell Williams. Darrell rehabbed my garage door and explained everything that needed to be done. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I was completely pleased with the work done and would highly recommend Precision.

He pointed out some other issues that I had not realized were there... Well, I decided to replace the whole door. EXCELLENT! Describes all the folks from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My 25 year old double wide garage door had finally rusted out and broken. Precision's team installed a new far superior wind load rated door. The plan at first was to reuse my 12 year old belt drive opener. During the new door install and due to the sharp skill full installers eye's (Roger and Triston), we discovered the old belt was worn and deteriorated to the point of needing replacement. I then elected to have a complete new belt drive opener installed. Roger did not have one on the truck but he scheduled another team to bring one out the same day. They (Darrell and Mason) arrived just hours later with a new high quality opener assembly and completed the install. Wow am I happy! The entire new system is much quieter in function and of very high quality overall. I also like the lifetime transferable warranty on the door and 5 year warranty on the opener. Great product, Excellent installers, all at a fair price. Wish I had done this much sooner. As far as I'm concerned, there's no reason to consider doing business with anyone but Precision. Thank's again!

To be honest I called a repairman at first before Precision, and as usual he gave me a story about he would have to come back.....and never returned! At the same time a neighbor down the street was having her door replaced and as I drove by I saw a very large truck, two young men, and lots of equipment putting in a new door.....It was Precision. So I decided to call, set up an appointment and bingo here they were. They advised me I really needed a new door, priced it out, ordered it, took my payment all in a very short matter of time. These two gentlemen were very pleasant and professional. Within a short period of time, my schedule, two new men were back with my new door. They went straight to work taking out the old and installing the new; in less than four hours I was up and running all brand new, it was great! I hope I get this right: Cory Hane, and Bailey Parker came first, did the inspection, and told me I really needed a new door and sold me the same! Then It was Triston Kelly and Mason Hines that brought my new door and installed it in minimal time. These guys are to be commended for there attitude, professionalism, appearance, and all around friendly nature. The job was "Spot One" and they constantly were cleaning up behind themselves. I/You couldn't ask for a better experience or company they are my new "GO TO"!

Triston and a helper arrived as scheduled. They worked steadily for several hours replacing two garage doors, only taking a small break for lunch. When the installation was complete and working flawlessly they removed all materials, etc. Triston explained the operation in detail before leaving. I can truthfully say that I have never had work of any kind done more professionally. Thank you.

The fix was sooo easy, I now feel stupid! Been using this for 25 years (purchased through you guys) and didn't know about the "lock-out" feature on the inside garage button. Your guy held the lock-out button down for a few seconds, and everything worked fine! I had always just un-plugged the unit during summer vacations. Your guy even programmed the inside button of our GMC Acadia for us to use instead of the remote! We had never used that feature! No more batteries needed! Thanks! :)
