I'm a busy small business owner...with a home garage door that - in addition to erratic operation - made louder noises than my last July 4th fireworks every time it opened. I called Stephanie Sharp for help...she sent a technician out who inspected my property, called me with his findings and recommendations (that included repair or replace options) and then, per my instructions, completed repairs - same day! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, courteous and affordable just about cover my description of this experience. After 47 years in the automotive service business, I know excellent service when I see it and Precision Door delivered exactly that.

We inquired about some noise that was bothering us. Mason was our Technician and explained to us that the noise was from our chain drive opener and not the rest of the door system. After explaining our options, Mason installed a Belt Drive Opener with WiFi capabilities. We are very pleased with our new opener and very satisfied with our Technician/Installer. I had a great experience. The technician was early on his scheduled time. He went over everything that needed to be repaired and gave me options on repairs to be done. I ended up going with an overhaul and waranty. He even went over after care which I was never aware of. Seei bff as this is my first experience with garage door repair I have no comlaints.

I had an incident with my garage door overnight where at first it wouldn't go down then after I got it down it wouldn't go back up so my vehicle was stuck in my garage.
