We inquired about some noise that was bothering us. Mason was our Technician and explained to us that the noise was from our chain drive opener and not the rest of the door system. After explaining our options, Mason installed a Belt Drive Opener with WiFi capabilities. We are very pleased with our new opener and very satisfied with our Technician/Installer. We highly recommend Precision and their staff for any of your Garage Door needs.

I had a great experience. The technician was early on his scheduled time. He went over everything that needed to be repaired and gave me options on repairs to be done. I ended up going with an overhaul and waranty. He even went over after care which I was never aware of. Seei bff as this is my first experience with garage door repair I have no comlaints.

The spring on my garage door broke on Friday night. None of the local Garage repair companies were open om Saturday, so called Precision. they scheduled us for 2 pm with Darrell Williams. Darrell rehabbed my garage door and explained everything that needed to be done. The work was done efficiently and professionally. James Estes did a great job in replacing the broken spring on our garage door. He also replaced ten worn rollers, several defective screws and a missing bearing on the overhead shaft. Very fast and professional.
