They were here for an estimate on shutters and my husband said our garage door wasn’t working. The Precision worker said he would take a look at it. He not only took the extra time to look at it but ending up fixing it. We were quite pleased with the whole experience with Precision. We hope we can do business with them on shutters also.

J. D. Kelley came last Friday and repaired our garage door. J. D. was on time, courteous and did a good job for us. We had two neighbors who came over and asked for his card. We will recommend J. D. at Precision Door Service to others who need garage door repairs. Thanks J. D.

Your repairman gave me 3 options, ranging from $2,200 - $4,300, to repair door after wife hit it with her car. I asked if it could be repaired, to which he replied "No." 1 ½ hours and 6 screws after he left, I had it back together, working as good as ever. This was indeed a "Garage Door Repair" from your list of services -- by me!

We received "same day service" from Precision Door Service as advertised within 4 hours for our garage door repair. We are selling our home and it was important we get the garage door fixed today for an Open House this weekend. The customer service agent on the phone was very pleasant. We received notification when the technician was on his way and would arrive along with his picture and a brief bio. Schad Markham was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us a price prior to beginning the repair. Great customer service. We appreciate a company who delivers!!!!

Precision replaced my garage door following Hurricane Michael in 2018. They did an excellent job then and another excellent job when a repair was needed on June 15, 2021. Thomas "Bailey" Parker arrived on time just as the office had promised. My garage door had gotten crooked and wouldn't close but halfway. Mr. Parker had a name for it and said he couldn't tell me how it happens but he can make the necessary repairs. He did in a very timely manner at no charge due to the lifetime warranty of the door. I am so pleased that I chose Precision when my door needed replacement. Thank you to the entire team, especially Mr. Parker!
