I needed an emergency repair on my garage, and I immediately contacted Precision. Austin Young (technician) and his co-worker arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time. They were very courteous and knowledgeable about the service that was to be completed. Austin patient answered all of my questions, and explained the full needed repair in detail. Kyle and his team were great! They came in and let us know what they were going to do went right to work and finished Very quickly. Then they went through how to put the hurricane shutters on. We had shutters that had to be adjusted for our new deck and the new accommodations worked perfectly. The young men were courteous and very polite. They are a compliment to your business. Gave me options. Best & better. Both affordable. GAVE US MILITARY DISCOUNT!! Very important. To my husband a Veteran. Thank you The tech quickly went to work. In less than an hour. He had our garage door fixed. A New build house less than two years old. He explained why. This happened. Gave me tips how to oil the casters. Where exactly to point. What is best products to use. They went out of their way to get a technician to me on the day I called. I received a call back with an arrival btwn 12:00 and 2:00. He arrived at 1:00. He was courteous and worked quickly. My problem was a simple one, but it was huge to me, because it prevented me from using my garage door opener. Quick service. Repair performed same day as service call request. Polite and professional service technician quickly replaced springs, bearing, and knockout plates. Technician even sprayed rollers, wheels, and hinges to decrease door noise.

I was stranded and couldn’t get my garage door to go up...for a Senior Citizen this is an issue as the garage door is very heavy! Precision Door Service was awesome! Great service! The technician was very efficient and very respectful. Explained what needed to be done in detail and had my garage door fixed in a very timely manner. I have referred them to my neighbor across the street. I plan in getting a new Linear Operator soon. This Company was outstanding! I would definitely recommend them for any garage door issues.

He notified us that he was running ahead of schedule asked if we would like for him to come prior to our scheduled appointment. Once he arrived he performed a 25 point inspection on our garage doors. Once he completed the inspection he presented us with several options on what service he could provide and the associated cost. He answered all of questions and proved to be very knowledgeable. After he completed the work he thoroughly explained everything he had done and again answered all of our questions. Cost of service was competitive, and quite the value considering the quality of the service provided. First rate operation.
