JD showed up early to replace the busted springs on my old door and after his in-depth inspection I was convinced to just replace the whole door. Even though it will be a week or so before they are able to replace the door he still went through with fixing the problem at hand so we can use our garage while we wait. Great service thank you

Amazingly prompt service and resolution to my garage door dilemma. Seems I failed to notice the door was closing at the same moment I was backing out (odd how that happened...ha). I called Precision, was greeted immediately by a pleasant and professional man who found my past customer information and assured me someone would arrive in a 2 hour window set for the afternoon. It seems I no sooner placed the call that a technician was in my drive. He was non judgmental, assessed the problem and assured me it was an easy fix. I was back to pre encounter condition in no time, relieved and thrilled beyond belief. How great to have access to such fine and competent people. Thank you....thank you.

We chose precision door because of the top quality, all aluminum brands of garage doors sold by you. Your ratings online or all Superior as well. I would love the chance to brag on the technicians that showed up this morning ( on time ) to make the contracted repair. William and Daniel were not only very proficient in their trade but also very well mannered and professional in every way. They arrived a little early and got right to work and made every effort to not interfere with our work mission. Garage door spring broke last night around 8:00 p.m. Called Precision Door Service this morning around 8:00 a.m. and they had a technician at my house at 1:30. Christopher Taylor not only did a fantastic job but his demeanor was very pleasant and he explained everything he was doing plus a full inspection. The Precision technician, Alex Tran, did an outstanding job. Thoroughly inspected my door and presented several proposals for repair. We agreed on a remedy and Alex immediately set about making the repairs. The entire job was done within an hour. I have used Precision now on several occasions and find them to be very professional, well trained and reasonable. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
