When a spring on our overhead garage door suddenly failed during a Thursday night (with both cars inside) we called Precision to help us address the problem. A two-person team arrived the following day (on a Friday) to install a new spring. Austin and Kenny were courteous, efficient, very technically competent and explained the reasons for the failure and answered all my many questions. I decided then and there it was time to replace my aging overhead garage door and purchase a new garage door from Precision. A really great service experience! Hunter Rogers (service tech) arrived well within the scheduled window and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. The door operates so quietly that you almost have to look at the door to see it opening/closing. Great job, very good price. I highly recommend Precision.

After calling a handful of local garage door companies Precision answered and had a same day appointment! They gave notices and even were able to go early. They were honest about my problem and did not push for a sale! I will recommend them in the future.
