What turned to out to be a simple bracket replacement and adjustment turned in to much more. Appears that the broken bracket was the result of past poor installs and required spring replacement due the weight of the door, that was not diagnosed when installed in 2015. Our tech Austin Fields quickly identified the problem and offered repair options. Once our decision was made all was well within the hour. Austin did a great job!
