My garage door stopped working. I called Precision in the morning and they are at my house early afternoon. The technician Schad was awesome. He explained to me the problem along with the solution. Entire process was great. The appointment was set in a timely manner....next morning. We received a text with the name (Schad Markham) and bio of our serviceman and a call from him that he was on the way and an approximate arrival time. He assessed the problem and explained our options. We made a decision on those options and had a new garage door opener installed. THat was done quickly and Schad programmed the outside door opener and our truck to open the door for us. He was very polite, friendly and thorough.

Very happy. Garage spring broke last night. We called Precision the next morning, a Saturday, and they sent over repairmen who fixed it in 2 hours. We now have both springs replaced and the associated parts with a lifetime warranty.

Garage door opener failed on Sunday. I called Precision, and they sent a service man on Monday. He had all the parts on his van and we were back in business in a couple hours. Everyone very polite, knowledgeable and prompt. I should tell you that my old opener was 27 years old, so no surprise that it had to be replaced.

Safety review and replacement of previous incorrect springs by builder and replacement of plastic rollers will protect my new opener. Very reasonable with guarantee. Do not waste time like I did. Our service man was JD. He was courteous and very professional. He explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. He made recommendations which would help to prevent future issues. JD listened very well to what had been happening from a power surge and finally gave a lesson on how to properly do maintenance on our overside garage door to help it run smoothly. Precision is blessed to have him as an employee.
