Just had the Garage Door Overhaul service completed following their 25pt safety inspection. Thorough explanations and alternatives provided where available. After dealing with a 15yo opener, worn springs, and noisy rollers I'm pleased with the results. Given their warranty and professionalism, I would easily reccomend Precision to anyone in need of garage door services.

The service was amazing and the ordering and arranging of the service was extremely efficient. Even though the technician did not know ahead of time what he had to deal with, he was completely equipped to handle a complete changeout of the track system, and immediately got to work on it. He provided guidance also on some future work I was thinking about. RJ is now my garage door brain trust guy!

Technician, William called to let us know he was in route, arrived exactly when he said he would, went over options, gave an estimate on how long the job would take and he was spot on! We researched 10+ manufacturers and Precision was by far the absolute best in terms of choice, service and price point. Our existing side by side garage doors were different sizes creating many challenges for a cohesive aesthetic. And, we live in an historic district so getting approvals by local entities added another layer of concern. Not only did Precision provide a very high quality hurricane rated set of doors for the price, but they were completely professional and timely regarding all questions, drawings, and spec sheets. Both the delivery and installation went as promised and we could not be more pleased with the final product. If you need new garage doors or repairs, this is the company to call!!!

Technician arrived on time, did a good job of troubleshooting problem, thoroughly explained all of the options and came prepared to solve the problem. He explained how everything worked once he was finished. He did excellent work in a timely way and cleaned up everything once he was finished. I am pleased with the work done on my garage door. A total overhaul was done, so a number of services were performed and products purchased for the service.

My garage door spring broke late Friday evening. Precisiondoor had my garage door working great and a lot less noisy by 1100 Saturday. These guys are awesome and fast. Prices are grea for the quality and workmanship. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had 2 new garage doors installed in our home which was originally built in the mid 1960's. Jason Lites came to our home originally and gave us a very thorough estimate with many options for doors. He was very knowledgable and not pushy about getting the job or trying to sell one brand vs another, which I liked. He listened to what my wife and I wanted and really worked hard to give us the best options for our particular home. On the installation day, Trung Phan and two other installers came and did a fabulous job installing our new doors. They were all polite, friendly and really hard workers. Later in the day, Jason Lites stopped by to see how the install was progressing and they all explained how to operate and maintain the new doors. Jason explained the safety features on the doors and checked everything to make sure the doors were functioning and fit correctly. They didn't leave any mess and disposed of the old doors for us. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the quality of their install and their attention to customer service. I would highly recommend Precision Door of Pensacola to anyone and if I ever need garage doors in another home, they'll be the first guys I call.

I called for my garage door which had one spring that completely broke in two. I called around 12:30PM and was told that someone would be here between 2-4- same day! I was amazed and thankful. I got a call 15-20 minutes later that the tech was on his way and asked if he could come EARLY! Wade was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained and answered all of my questions, provided explanations of what he was doing and what was needed, even gave me options but no pressure for additional work that was not needed at this time. Should I have any additional garage door trouble, I will most definitely be calling Precision!!! Thanks Wade and team!

U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of 32 yrs. Called and had a Technician out in an hour. RJ and Cole(the techs) were professional and friendly. I told RJ what I wanted to have addressed on my garage door (everything short of replacing the entire thing) and he gave me the quote on the spot. I asked when the soonest they could schedule me in and he told me that he had everything on the truck to complete the job immediately. Of course I said yes to that! Great work guys! Keep up the good service.
