Contacted Precision Door Service for repair on an existing garage door opener (25 years old). Technician determined that the logic board was bad and recommended that the existing door opener be replaced due the the age of the equipment. The technician, Alex Tran, installed a complete new system in just over an hour. Alex was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent service provided and also a very good product was installed. I will highly recommend Precision Door Service to my family and friends.

I called Precision Garage Door Service at the recommendation of a friend, to help solve a problem of rain water coming in under and around garage door. My technician, Chris Taylor, was very courteous, extremely efficient, clearly knowledgeable & experienced, and got the job done ... even though he had to work with a very temperamental 30+ year old door opener. Cost was very reasonable ... I'm very pleased with this job, and would heartily recommend Precision Door Service to others.

The service call was an additional charge but should have been included since work was done.All other trades do this. The overall total was 25% more than l researched. The opener and rail should be priced together. The surge protector was not quoted separate and for lack of easier words, a complete “rip off”. I had referred two family members in the last year, but no more. Hunter did a good job but left cut wires and trash.

I had my garage door replaced with a Wayne Dalton door the beginning of April. I noticed top 2 panels weren’t aligned properly. I notified your company and today your technicians replaced all 4 panels. However the top 2 panels had the same problem. The technicians did the best they could with the panels. I suggest you discontinue installing Wayne Dalton doors. They are an inferior product.

Decided to upgrade my garage door opener to a newer model that I could control with an app. The team from PDS notified me via email with an appointment confirmation, the tech called me in advance of his arrival and arrived on time. The upgrade was completed by the PDS and the new opener is amazing. The technicians were polite, professional and I am very happy with every aspect of my upgrade. Customet for life!

Our tech Christopher did an amazing job. My door was so noisy. He inspected it and gave his recommendations on how to resolve it. He went above and beyond by giving me three different options to choose from. I ended up getting the quiet rollers and it made a world of difference. My son will be glad that he no longer has to cover his ears when we open/close the garage door.

We couldn't open our garage door because of a broken.spring. I called around 11:30 AM and the technician (Kyle) arrived about 2:30 PM. He inspected the whole system and gave me four options to fix the problem. Since my garage door is almosr 24years old I decided to go with a new belt driven opener, New rollers, and new springs. Kyle fixed my door in about four hours. He was great. I forgot to ask for my senior/military discount.

Wonderful experience start to finish. My garage door spring broke on Mother’s Day. I called Precision and the service rep was very personable and professional. She had a technician booked for 8am the next day. Austin called prior to his arrival. He was courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I have never had a garage door open so quietly in my life! Highly recommend.

Called Precision to come out and look at my garage door opener. it shook and made a loud noise when closing door. Tech told me my door was unbalanced. He also told me that he could do some adjustment on my old opener, but I had my mind made up that i wanted a new opener with Wifi. He balanced the door and installed the Linear opener w Wifi that is belt driven and i love it. Tech installed app on my phone and did the setup for me. Would recommend them to anyone. Great people and company.
