great expereince, from the first call to cody coming to zamir, who by the way great response time, cody communicated to use after his initial 25 point inspection,gave us all our options inclding pricing. then it was zamirs turn after being summoned arrival 20 minutes , went to work 2 hours later, which the time was told to us by zamir. no oh by the way. professionalism all around, polite , hard woking, finished job went thru the in and out of new opener helped us program what was needed and asked about. did not leave until we were satisfied that everything was covered. great job ladies and gentlemen.highly,highly, recommend them!!!

My technician was Nathan Sams. I called today at 3:30 pm and I was scheduled same day between 6-8. Tech arrived a little after 5. Nathan was super nice and knowledgeable. He assessed my issues, provided 3 options for repair. After choosing my option I asked when I could schedule repair, he said He was going to take care of it right now. I’m very appreciative of the great customer service and response time. I highly recommend the company and Nathan if you can get him as your technician.

Got Precision recc from local Nature Trail residents….. The company was quick to respond on a SATURDAY to resolve our problem (broken spring). When Nathan came over he gave us the several options available. It was getting quite late, so we all decided it would be best to start on Monday, since auto was outside ! Nathan arrived ON TIME on Monday, set all his equipment up, and got right to the “10 year warranty” job. You could tell he was quite experienced with the job challenges. In about 3 hours, he was completely done, showed us how to use the app, and new interior wall mount pad. Very positive experience….Nathan the tech is a real keeper !!! We have recc him thoughout Nature Trail !!!

I was really impressed with the way this replacement project was laid out by Zamir and the timely and efficient way that he made this change.
