My garage door stopped working, so I called Precision Door and they sent a technician out the following day. Brian (York) arrived, professional and courteous, and we discussed my options. He was very knowledgeable, and provided his recommendation. After discussing with him, I decided on a new PDS 801, installed by him. The installation took approximately 90 minutes total with the consultation, and I was back in business! Amazing work, and technician. Thank you!

Cody was Awesome. On time, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and gave me all the options. He did a great job…. I appreciate him working late into the afternoon/early evening. I hated keeping him away from his family! The only thing I wish i would have know about was the $50 “Convenience Fee” for using a credit card, I probably would have written a check instead. All things considered, I will use Precision again for any garage door issues.

Precision door installed my new garage opener several years ago. They were skilled and efficient and did an excellent job. Over the weekend I had an issue with my keypad and sent a message to Precision with an explanation of the issue. I received an acknowledgement email, and then was advised of next steps. Precision’s technician arrived on time this morning and fixed the problem within minutes. While he was here he inspected my garage door and identified areas that will need attention in the future. Precision Garage Door Service is an outstanding company, who exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Requested a quote for a new garage door and not only got a quote but he fixed our current issue for a very fair price. Obviously, rust holes and so on just can't be fixed on something 20+ years old. His effort allows us time to think through everything while not being overly concerned about our current OLD garage door. Furthermore, he apparently FULLY understood our situation/needs for a new garage door as he provided several options and DETAILED information with the quote. As per the norm, we will have at least three (quotes) but I'm about 95% sure we already know who shall replace our garage door. You have no idea how much I appreciated someone being UPFRONT and HONEST. It's called INTEGRTY which is hard to find these days for some reason.... THANKS to the Precision guy who came out today. APPRECIATE YOU!!!! MANAGEMENT: You should be able to trace my appointment today which was scheduled between 1200 and 1400 hours at 202 address number to see who the person was. For security reasons I will not include more information here. The technician/quote person was OUTSTANDING in every aspect.

My technician, Kerry, was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly thorough, explained everything down to the finest detail and was very understanding about us being on a schedule to have the new door installed. While we are hoping it was just going to be a repair, his attention to detail caught small items that probably would become an even bigger problem so much sooner than we expected. Some of these small things couldve caused a safety issue to us or impact the protection of our home. I cannot thank him enough! He was wonderful and I will be recommending not only Kerry, but Precision Door Services to friends and family.
