My service tech Alex Tran was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and fast at his job. He is a credit to your company. Having been in the construction industry for over 30 years, I know my way around tools and can just about build a house by myself. But I chose to have someone else do the job so I didn't have to get parts or new tools for the task. Not to mention, save time.

Started with the garage door not opening and closing well and very noisy. Tech Jack Maskery diagnosed the problems and fixed them. Thankfully he had not left yet when we discovered the openers he had programmed were not working. Jack discovered the motor was shot, so he installed an entire brand new Precision Door Opener. While the cost increased quite a bit, I now have a door opener with a 10-year warranty, the door goes up and down a lot quieter, and Jack was a perfect gentleman and skilled tech. I would highly recommend Precision, and though I don't know the other techs, I would ask for Jack. ????

Kerry did an outstanding job rebuilding my garage door. The temperature had to be at least 105° with the fans blowing! He completed the job in record time. I am very appreciative of this hard-working young man. Well done, sir!

I called Precision Door on Monday and was able to have a tech come out the very next day at a time that was convenient for me. The customer service was excellent from the get go. Bailey came out for the service call and was extremely professional. He provided me with several options and explained them all to me.
