Service did not correct the problem. The twice I opened the door it opened only about 12 inches and stopped. I closed it and then reopened it. The technician was friendly and dressed in uniform.

From the call center to Jaylen I couldn't expect a better service. They listened attentively to my inquiries and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Jalen did listen and took his time to answer all my questions. As far as for the repair, it seems to be working, but it will be too soon to grade the repair.

We had an issue with our garage door that Precision had installed last year, the hinge pulled right through the door. I called yesterday and the guys came out this afternoon to fix it. As always, they were super courteous and personable. I feel the cost was acceptable, although I thought it would have been covered since the door is only about 6 months old, they did waive the service call, so I'm okay with it. I've always had great experiences with Precision and would recommend them to anyone who needs their system serviced or a new system installed. Thanks for the great service, guys!
