My service technician (Kerry) was very prompt, polite and professional. He worked very hard on a difficult installation, but never showed any sign of frustration. Travis is the second tech I've had from this service provider. Both have been extremely friendly, built pricing & service established before work begins. No surprises have way through, like some other's padding the bill. When the time comes, Precision will have my business replacing present system with modern tech???? Travis even installed my exterior seals @ his labor cost, worth every penny as I probably would have made numerous errors in judgement doing it myself.

Your representive was very nice and would have fixed our garage door that has been tore up for over a month but James one of the owners showed his you know what and would not pay for it to be relpaired. He worked on it all day last Monday and has had several people working on it but to no avail. His is just too cheap to get it repaired. So sorry for the inconvenience of your employee for coming all this way.

I am beyond satisfaction with the quality of product and service from Precision Garage Doors. I called @ 9:00 am. for a service call and within 2 hours a service man was here! Kenneth was polite, efficient and thorough and within a few hours I had two new garage motors and equipment, including servicing of the existing garage doors and replacement of parts on one older door! All this with a warranty and the most quiet operation of the doors I could ever conceive! My old motors were 23 yrs old, and I am amazed at the workings of the new! Kenneth was an absolute delight to work with--he explained everything he would do, was extremely efficient, showed me the new products including clear explanations of everything!
