Of course at the most inopportune time the garage door spring broke. Quick response, Precision was able to fit me in the following morning. Jack (Service Tech) arrived, introduced himself, evaluated the problem and explained what parts and cost required to return the door to its proper operation. Work was completed followed by a safety inspection. Overall evaluation: Jack arrived at the scheduled time, was courteous and very knowledgable. (Precision Overhead also installed my functional storm Shutters) Highly Recommended! john

As a former general contractor, I’ve done my own garage door maintenance for 40+ years including changing out the motor. Moving to hurricane prone Florida, I’m unfamiliar with these heavily reinforced roll up doors. I chose Precision based on all the high praise and stellar revues. Jake was our serviceman and was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and pointed out the status of our 4 year old door with maybe 15,000 cycles. Jake did a great job ‘educating’ me and I can now plan on some doing replacement early next year. Preventive maintenance has kept it going up to now. Better to be safe than sorry in spring replacement. Very pleased with this service call.
