I choose Precision Door Service because it was after 6 pm when my garage door broke and my van was stuck in the garage. I googled garage door repair and they were one of the first ones listed. They were open until 8 pm.The gentleman that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. He scheduled me for the next day between 11:00 and 2:00.Jacob called and asked if he could come by sooner. He showed up about 10:30 and looked over everything. He gave me several choices and explained each one. He was very patient and understanding while I contemplated which choice to make. When I finally decided he went to work right away.It took several hours for him to complete the job. He was very considerate and respectful of my property. When he was done he went over everything with us and answered all of our questions. I am so glad I made the decision that I did because it works great! I definitely recommend them. Especially Jacob.

The technicians arrived right on time and was able to troubleshoot all my issues with my garage door. I knew the old chain drive unit I had was obsolete and the door was hard to open even with the emergency release disengaged. The technicians explain to me that was a balancing problem in the springs I had we're too small for that door which I actually already knew. I diagnosed everything and gave me an estimate on the spot and fortunately had everything they needed in the truck to complete the entire job at the time of arrival. Very pleased with the service and the hospitality provided by the technicians would highly recommend precision garage door service.
