When I called about my problem I was treated with respect and kindness and was scheduled right away. Shortly after my call Jack arrived and diagnosed my problem right away! He explained the issue clearly and gave me my options. I must say, I was very impressed with him, as a person and as a technician and I would very highly recommend him as well as your agency! Of course at the most inopportune time the garage door spring broke. Quick response, Precision was able to fit me in the following morning. Jack (Service Tech) arrived, introduced himself, evaluated the problem and explained what parts and cost required to return the door to its proper operation. Work was completed followed by a safety inspection. Overall evaluation: Jack arrived at the scheduled time, was courteous and very knowledgable. (Precision Overhead also installed my functional storm Shutters) Highly Recommended! john

As a former general contractor, I’ve done my own garage door maintenance for 40+ years including changing out the motor. Moving to hurricane prone Florida, I’m unfamiliar with these heavily reinforced roll up doors. I chose Precision based on all the high praise and stellar revues. Jake was our serviceman and was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and pointed out the status of our 4 year old door with maybe 15,000 cycles. Jake did a great job ‘educating’ me and I can now plan on some doing replacement early next year. Preventive maintenance has kept it going up to now. Better to be safe than sorry in spring replacement. Very pleased with this service call.

Jake was outstanding! He got here early and told me what he was going to do, gave me prices, how long it should take him, ect. And every bit was just as stated. We had a garage door installed five years ago and we are still very happy with their service provided by Precision Door of Pensacola. When, we couldn’t open the garage door yesterday, we knew the problem was more than a faulty switch the Garage Door Opener had fail us, the technician fully explained the products and in less than two hours we had a brand new garage door opener installed. Very professional and Alex was right on time. I called at 8 am and got an appointment for later that day. After he inspected the door he gave us two different estimates so we could decide to repair or replace. Alex was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision. We did look at the reviews and that helped us call Precision Door Service for an inspection. I would definitely recommend them.
