Purchased a new garage door and opener with camera and keypad two years ago. Backup battery in the opener was bad and was replaced today. Bryan, with phone assistance from Brianna, was amazing. The camera was also not connecting with my wifi. They both stayed with it until he got everything working properly. I received excellent service today and would highly recommend Precision Door

I was surprised at how quickly they did the work since I had to go with the most extensive repair package (basically a spring repair with upgrade on almost everything else) I’m not happy about the price, but thankful for the Veterans discount and 12 months no interest.
