Very happy. Garage spring broke last night. We called Precision the next morning, a Saturday, and they sent over repairmen who fixed it in 2 hours. We now have both springs replaced and the associated parts with a lifetime warranty.

Our service man was JD. He was courteous and very professional. He explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. He made recommendations which would help to prevent future issues. JD listened very well to what had been happening from a power surge and finally gave a lesson on how to properly do maintenance on our overside garage door to help it run smoothly.
