Very happy. Garage spring broke last night. We called Precision the next morning, a Saturday, and they sent over repairmen who fixed it in 2 hours. We now have both springs replaced and the associated parts with a lifetime warranty.

J. D. arrived nicely early (greatly appreciated). He was personable, knowledgeable and serviced my “creaky” garage door. The door received an all over inspection, adjustments and required tweaking. I have used Precision for years and would never call anyone else.

Our service man was JD. He was courteous and very professional. He explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. He made recommendations which would help to prevent future issues. JD listened very well to what had been happening from a power surge and finally gave a lesson on how to properly do maintenance on our overside garage door to help it run smoothly. Precision is blessed to have him as an employee.

Your compliance with a service request, was beyond perfection. The service/safety inspection was with no charge. The garage door was irreparable, and was determined to be unsafe to open manually. In addition to safety measures, for Covid, I received a tracking message on when to expect the technician. He, JD, also called. This was a quick repair to the wall mount connection.
