Completely satisfied, professional job. One torsion spring broke and I wanted both replaced. Given the age of opener I decided to get new opener also. Jaylen did a good job explaining options and selections, as I wanted chain drive. On the day of the job a wrong part was brought (belt instead of chain), so we had to delay a day. I was OK with that, stuff happens :-) Getting the job all done right the first time is more important. Jaylen got the new springs, opener, and other parts installed quickly and efficiently. He gave a good rundown and demonstration of operation including safety features. Even with chain drive the door is significantly quieter and smoother operation. Very pleased overall, will use again, highly recommend!
