Technician arrived on time, did a good job of troubleshooting problem, thoroughly explained all of the options and came prepared to solve the problem. He explained how everything worked once he was finished. He did excellent work in a timely way and cleaned up everything once he was finished. I am pleased with the work done on my garage door. A total overhaul was done, so a number of services were performed and products purchased for the service.

My garage door spring broke late Friday evening. Precisiondoor had my garage door working great and a lot less noisy by 1100 Saturday. These guys are awesome and fast. Prices are grea for the quality and workmanship. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a garage door issue shortly after moving into our new home. I wanted a comprehensive repair/service(not a DIY fix from me and youtube) and Precision came out to do the job. Chris Taylor was absolutely awesome! Nice guy, great information about the problem, talked us through ways to understand when our equipment may be failing or having issues, etc. He performed a quick fix of our problem and then checked everything for function/safety thoroughly and professionally. Seriously....so many times you see just "fix and run" and this was NOT our experience. A++, 5 stars. Precision Door recently replaced my two 34 year old chain driven garage door openers with new belt driven units. We couldn't be happier with the service provided or the quiet new openers! First, let me say that Precision Door excels at communications. I selected Precision after doing an internet search and reading their testimonials. It was 7pm, but their website indicated they were still open so I gave them a call. An "actual person" answered the phone and was quite professional and helpful in scheduling an appointment for the next morning. The next morning I received a phone message from the technician, Chris Taylor, indicating he could arrive early if I was available. I called back and verified the earlier time worked for me. Moments later I received a text including a photo of Chris and a brief bio about him. Chris arrived shortly thereafter and was extremely professional, polite, personable, and efficient. He looked over my existing openers, discussed my needs with me, and provided a quote to replace my openers with new ones to meet my requirements. The price was fair and the work was completed in less than 4 hours from the time Chris arrived. He did an outstanding job installing my new units, cleaning up, and in demonstrating the features of the new systems. I received a copy of my invoice and warranty information by email and a follow-up email from Precision Door asking for feedback within minutes of Chris leaving. Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and especially with my technician, Chris Taylor. Excellent job!

My garage door suddenly started to malfunction, would not open/close properly. The Day before I had different company that I used a year ago. This 'other' company gave me a time frame for technician to come, 12-3 pm. After waiting so long, the technician was late. Not Happy. After giving estimate I was not happy and said NO. Had a new garage door opener, rollers, and spring installed. The new motor has a backup battery in case power goes out. Installer was very professional and answered all my questions.

I called around 2:30, got an appointment for same day. The technician was punctually and very professional. He explained what had gone wrong with our garage door and fixed it so it is secure. I found out about Precision from searching the internet searching for garage door repair. I called your company due to one spring being broken on a garage door which was only 2 years old. Your employee Chris Taylor was very professional and knowledgeable about garage door opening equipment and gave us several quotes on just replacing one spring to replacing both springs and a whole new system that was affordable and much better quality than our very cheap garage door opening system. I have heard of Precision Door Company before. Have built several homes in the area and wanted to see what they offered. Sent in a email early one morning and they had a field person come by the same day. Very knowledgeable, new what we need and what the prices would be. Our doors are 8’ tall by 18’ long and a small one still 8’ tall, the field man talked to us on commercial wall opener and how the small door would have to be a special build. The field man’s name was Chris Taylor what a asset for this company.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Door Service from the moment I called. I got an appointment scheduled quickly and on a day that was convenient for me. I was told a technician would be by between 10-12. Christopher arrived at 10:00 on the nose. He was kind, personable, knowledgeable and even made suggestions to finding a panel for our old garage door that is probably not made anymore. Truth be told, I was only looking for a repair, but after speaking with Christopher, I would rather have a new garage door, that's under warranty and installed by someone that is honest and knows what they are doing.
