Justin came to the house ready to work he explained the new equipment and installed it in what seemed like no time. He programed my external key pad ,my cars built in opener, lubed everything and my new opened is quite and works perfectly. He know the product and explained everything. Great job

Jason showed up on time and with the correct parts to do the job. He and a new man being trained had the torsion springs, center bearing, and all of the roller bearings replaced in less than an hour! Keep in mind they weren't rushing, they just knew exactly how to do the job. Great work!

Had major malfunction with aging door, rails, springs, and motor...what else could go wrong? Precision arrived within 2 hours of my frantic call the next morning, quickly assessed the situation, recommended 3 options, I picked a new garage door on a Friday and it was installed the following Monday. My inlaws were in need of a new garage door after the door came off the tracks. We contacted Precision first thing on a Friday morning and they were out within 2 hours. This was one of the best experiences of this type that I have ever known! First of all, the techs arrived within 2 1/2 hours. They were very, professional and respectful. They fully answered questions and explained options. After quickly verifying that the door opener had succumbed to old age, we decided to replace the chain drive unit with a reasonably priced and much quieter belt driven one. Waaay more better! Very soon, the job was finished and my blood pressure was down. We highly recommend your company to anyone needing service to their garage door.

My garage door spring broke Monday afternoon at 4pm on a holiday. I found your website and noticed a 24hr chat link. I wanted to inquiry about the price to repair the spring. I got a quick reply and was told they could schedule someone to be at my house between 6pm-8pm that night. I went ahead and scheduled it and with an hour the tech called and was on his way. Not only was it storming outside and under a tornado watch a tornado had actually struck in our area and the tech, Jason Lite's, still came out. Very courteous and professional. He explained the repair and what it would cost before the fix. Highly recommend this business for anybody looking for quick service and fair pricing.

I needed a fix for my garage door that was stuck in the up position. I called very early in the morning, around 6AM. I was able to schedule an appointment for later the same day! The repair man was at my house in about three hours from my call. He quickly determined the problem and repaired the door in short order. He was prompt and explained what he was going to do to fix our door. It now works better than it ever has and we have a lifetime guarantee on all of the parts used in the repair. We will definitely call Precision Door if we ever have problems with our other garage door. It's nice to deal with such professional people!

Very happy with the service we received on a Saturday evening to get our garage door functioning again. Justin gave us 2 different quotes to consider. Worked quickly to repair the broken springs and a couple broken hinges. Door is working again! Great service and very professional!

How refreshing to dial your number for a service call and hear a pleasant answer instead of going through a series of pushing buttons to reach a person. Another pleasant thing was getting an appointment for the service call the same day. Better still, a call was made to confirm the appointment and suggested an earlier time which was great. We were pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of their skill in repairing our garage door opener. In answering our questions, they were able to assist us further in some repairs needed for our garage door. Also, let me add that we are senior citizens and appreciated the respect shown to us by the repairmen. We will not hesitate to recommend this great company to all our friends.

Contacted Precision early one morning about my garage door failure... within minutes, i received a phone call from Justin advising he was on his way to my home.. when arrived, greeted very professionally and asked to help... i indicated the problem to him and upon discovery of my worn out garage door opener, offered a number of suggestions to what suited my budget... i opted for the PDS800 model... all of the parts were readily available and complete installation was done that day within 2 hours... was very impressed with their knowledge of the equipment, greased all the moving parts and changed out the rollers as well since mine were 10+ years old.... upon completion, Justin reviewed the operating procedures for all aspects of the garage door... cleaned up any mess they made and ensured i was satisfied... i am very pleased with this professional installation.

I only called your company because you advertise servcie within 4 hours. It was early afternoon when my garage door broke and I needed to be able to close it for the night. I was given a time of 5-7 PM when I ordered service and I was happy with that. But, I was even happier when you were able to service it 2 hours earlier and be done well before a scheduled event I was having at my house that evening. Jason and Darryl did a fantastic job ! I LOVE my new opener which I hadn't intended on buying but am now glad I did and my garage door works perfectly now and may hold up until REBUILD NW Florida gets around to me! I will never use another garage door company and I will pass my experience around to others. Thank you. I can tell you are a company that takes pride in your service and product.
