Just to jog your memory.......On 8/23 you sent a tech out only to adjust a sensor. I sent a review that I was most unhappy to have to pay the service call fee. You called me, discussed what had happened and you sent the tech back out returning my service fee check. Not only is he an employee that wonderfully represents your company, he is a gentleman as well. I am an elderly woman that was trying to hang a curtain rod. I was having a lot of difficulty with it. Jason said he would help me and in just a few minutes he had the curtain rod hung and took the time to help me hang the curtains. We are very pleased with the fit, finish and timely installation of our new garage door. BEYOND all that, as it operates, the door is very quiet; not silent mind you but nether of us know the door is opening unless very close to the side of the house where the garage is. We had one minor adjustment needed with the service technician arriving at the house the same day. In follow up to a question emailed to the company well after business hours, a reply came directly from the owner in less than an hour!! Matter resolved that quickly.

Jason was AWESOME, respectful (me being a woman,we often get treated differently), informative and professional. Not to mention on time and the repair was quick but thorough. Garage springs broke on us and needed it fixed asap due to an upcoming trip next week. Service availabilities are very accommodating, which was a plus for my busy work schedule so they were able to come out last minute. Impressed how everything was shown on an iPad for each specific thing being done beforehand, so I didn't feel as if random items I knew nothing of were added to the cost. He gave me the choice as well. Fast and convenient and I would definitely recommend them! Thank you for having such awesome guys!

Had a car stuck in the garage due to a broken door opener. Called Precision Door and they were there within 2 to 3 hours - great service! The technician arrived promptly, ran a comprehensive check of the garage door, showed me the checklist and explained it. He repaired the system in very short order. He also identified a problem I had with the electric eye sensor that I had just been living with and with my permission repaired that also. At my request he sold me a remote opener that had not come with the house when I bought it several years ago. Satisfied that all was working well and that I understood how to operate the remote he was finished. The entire experience was positive and I felt that I received good value for my money. Of special note to me was that he did not try to sell me a new door, which had been my fear.
