Suddenly the garage door wouldn't open. The guys were able to make out sooner than planned. Besides broken springs, its an old door with many issues. They explained everything to me. I'm on a tight budget & they fixed my door without breaking my checkbook. I'll be calling them back should I have any other problems.

One of the springs broke this morning so I started a web search for a company to replace it and found Precision with excellent reviews by their customers. I called shortly after 8am when they opened and Justin was here at 8:45. He looked at the problem and provided me three quotes for different levels of service with no up selling. I made my choice and a little more than an hour later we were ready to test. Door lowered ok but it was clear that when the door dropped when raising it and the spring broke I had a stripped component. Justin immediately identified the component - found the replacement part in his truck and 10 minutes later he had picked up his tools and moved everything of mine back into place. Polite, courteous and very professional. Knows his stuff - highly recommend this company and Justin.

I am very well satisfied with the repair work on my garage door provided by Precision Door Service. They kept me informed on their arrival time and arrived on time. The two service men were courteous and very helpful in explaining the repair options, what was included in each option and the cost of each option. During the repair service, they answered my questions about my garage door springs, rollers and motor. They checked and tightened all the bolts and screws on the door. Altogether, the repair time took about 40 minutes.

Yesterday, Sunday, I was raising my garage door. It went up half way then came crashing down. I had another company install new springs 3 years ago so I called them but no one answered. Started browsing the internet to find someone to come today to check it out. After calling 5 different places with no positive results, I happened to come across your ad and noticed it said 24/7 service. Called your company, your tech, Justin Ables arrived within 3 hours...saw the problems....gave me 3 repair options and prices. Justin raised the door, got my car out of the garage, then lowered and locked it. He came back the next day with a trainee and they completed the job. Both men were extremely courteous and efficient. The garage door has never operated so smoothly. I will be recommending them to all my friends. This is a CLASS A firm.
