i would rate this service and the technician's 5 star . my garage door broke at about 11:00 pm on a Tuesday and they completed my repair on Wednesday less than 24 hours later. they checked everything from cables to rollers and replaced the spring and cable even did some preventive maintenance, i would highly recommend them for repairs or replacement

The repairman was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, capable, courteous and polite, with customer service as a priority. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time on the morning I called to request service. He carried-out a system safety check; diagnosed and fixed the garage door opener problem in short order; and provided an estimate for additional needed maintenance items. I recommend Precision to anyone needing this service. Tuesday morning, 9 December 2014, I contacted the Precision Door Service repairman to determine a schedule to replace my garage door opener, spring, roller drums and ancillary items as estimated Monday, 24 November 2014, during his earlier service call. The replacement was promptly scheduled for 2 pm that day. At near the scheduled time, the repairman called and asked permission for him and his assistant to arrive some 30 minutes early to accomplish the replacement; I agreed, appreciating his courtesy and the fact that he could come sooner than originally planned. The two men were very polite, professional, courteous and efficient. The old system was removed and the new one installed and operating smoothly within less than an hour and a half. The system components and installation price were exactly as estimated. I am pleased with the prompt, capable service I have gotten from Precision Door Service.

I call several Overhead Door companies listed in our phone book. I need our door repaired because it was Friday and we needed our over the weekend and you were the only one that could or would do it right away. The repairman was very well qualified and pointed out an additional problem area beside the broken spring. He did the repair very quickly and pointed out his repairs and some area he adjusted. Upon completing the settlement of the charge he told me I would receive the receipt via e-mail. I have not found this so far on my e-mail. Would you please check it out for me. Thank you,

I had called Precision Door for a quote, they came out that day at my convenience and were very competitive. The old door was original to the house in 1974 and was on it's last legs, 2 weeks later it collapsed while opening around 930 AM. They came out, had the door we wanted in stock, removed the old one, installed the new one all by 4PM the same day! They replaced all the track, cables, springs and the opener for a great price. They also brought the mounting hardware up to code. They are great to work with and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to all my friends and family who are not only looking for a new door but any of their maintenance services as well.
