I chose precision because I wanted someone to answer the phone. I briefed the two technicians on what the problem was and what I had already done to try and repair it, unsuccessfully of course. I was amazed at how quickly they diagnosed the problem and I also liked different repair options. Having worked on my door my self changing a broken spring and making adjustments. I was blown away at how quickly and effortlessly they replaced the parts and had it working better than before. They also discovered that when I took off the hurricane bar I made the door too light which caused my drums to keep slipping. Your technicians made it look like child's play. They were awesome. Very impressive! When your garage door won't work it's a big hindrance of course, The guys from Precision Door came by at 8pm. In forty five minutes my door was repaired and working perfectly! You just can't ask for more than that! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous!

I was very impress with the companies professionalism and response time. I called Precision concerning the broken spring on my garage door in the morning and they had it fixed by that same afternoon. From start to finish they were on time and delivered an installation that exceeded my expectations due to a low overhead requirement. They solved a problem without additional cost that another installer said required extensive door modifications and an upgrade of the door opener at a much higher cost.

I am very leery when it comes to hiring contractors to do work for me. I have been disappointed many times in the past. Being a craftsman, and growing up in the construction industry, I am very picky and I can do many things well myself and I have found that I can almost always do a better job than the people I hire. On a recommendation from Angie’s list, I contacted Precision Door Service to tune-up my garage door. The tech I met was Justin Ables, and he did a very fine job. He made me happy which is not an easy thing to do. So much so, that I decided to give Precision Overhead Door Service a chance to install three new roll-up garage doors in my new garage. They bid on the job like everyone else and they beat the prices I had received from the other companies. Since I was already familiar with their excellent service, it was an easy decision to make. As before, they did an excellent job; this time installing new doors. I can recommend them highly to my friends, and will use them again myself.

Cannot tell you how pleased I am after Justin showed up two hours EARLY, on a SATURDAY to fix my garage door springs that snapped. Called twice while on the way, showed me what he could do to get us back in action and what he could do to overhaul our 18 year old door! I opted for the Best package that replaced darn near every moving thing on the door but the door itself for half the cost of a new door. Lot of money, yes, but the piece of mind and Lifetime warranty was worth every single penny! Completed the job in right at an hour and Justin was a total professional and superior gentleman to deal with. You're making a mistake by not bookmarking this company and using them for all your garage door needs. I am totally blown away by how easy and silent my door is now. Cannot say Thank You enough. Best company that's ever been to my home, bar none.

I purchased an 8x10 garage door and opener for my new shop. The company and technician have been very professional and prompt from the initial contact. The door looks to be very good quality. I thought the extended warranty was a bit expensive at first, but after the tech explained what was in it and what it covered, I did get it and recommend it. I can't think of anything about the equipment or install that wasn't top notch. Very professional company.

Very good service! Love they provide pics of their techs and the name so you know who to expect. Had a same day appointment and tech called and could even come earlier. This was for a door "tune up" and outside key pad, but we will definitely use again if needed!

It was Sunday morning. Our garage door jumped out of the track and was hanging down behind our garaged car. I found Precision on Google and phoned for an appointment. They said would 1:00 PM suit you? I said absolutely. They tech was there right on the money, made the repair, rehung the door, replaced some rollers and the charge was reasonable.

We had a great experience with our technician. Our garage door had been improperly installed by the builder with very cheap and incorrect parts. The door finally failed on us after making horrible noises, leaving our home vulnerable to critters and criminals. Precision Door Service responded quickly. The technician took the time to explain the problems and give us options. For safety and peace of mind, we had the technicians install new cables, springs, rollers, etc. An overhaul! We highly recommend them.
