Fabulous same day service. My technician was Darrell and he was great. I would highly recommend your company and will be a loyal customer going forward. Darrell fixed the wires broken by another contractor and installed the new strip on the bottom of the door and explained why he was doing what he was doing. I am impressed Excellent experience.

I had a garage door that was installed in 1959 replaced with a modern door. This required some modification. Corey, Triston, Robert and Jason were really good and nice. It was an extensive job and I am pleased so far.

As I was leaving for work at 0645 this morning (or attempting to), my garage door would not open due to a broken spring. After googling garage door repair service companies in my area, I called several only to reach voice mail and leave a message (all were called at or after their advertised opening hours). Precision Door Service was the fourth company I called and the first to have a human being answer the phone. I described the issue and I was told that my technician, Wade, would be at my home between 1000-1200. Wade called me at 0940 to let me know he would arrive in about 30 minutes. He arrived shortly after 1000, quickly assessed the issue, and gave me several options to choose from for repair and explained everything in detail. I selected my preferred option, and he immediately got to work. Start to finish, he was done in approximately 40 minutes. Wade was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and expedient. I would absolutely and without hesitation recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair service - very glad that the other companies I called did not answer their phones!

What I loved about your ad was the discounts offered for seniors and military personnel. I also appreciated same day service advertised in the ad which I needed because I could no longer open my garage door. The technician who responded to my call, Wade, was awesome....Very knowledgeable, easy going and no high pressure tactics.....he showed me 2 different ways/prices to fix my garage door, and explained the pros/cons of each fix. He fixed my door in under an hour, and the door now works beautifully and hasn't been this quiet in years. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends!

The garage door spring broke and we called Precision @ 1100. We were scheduled between 6 and 8 PM. Our tech, John, did a great job. He replaced the spring and gave us some options on some other things we needed to look at on the garage door. Very professional and efficient. My garage door broke late Thursday afternoon and I needed it repaired quickly as I was preparing for a TDY that weekend. Precision was the only company that was available at that hour that could make the repairs quickly and were the highest rated. The representative was extremely friendly and professional and was able to make an appointment for the next morning. Daryl arrived as promised, was courteous and professional. He identified the problem and provided options without trying to push any product or service. He simply presented the information and answered my questions. Once I decided on a course of action, he got to work and finished the job quickly, professionally and cleaned up his work area. I am completely satisfied with Daryl and Precision Door and impressed with the operation. I will definitely refer Precision to friends and co-workers and return if the need arises.

My garage door was installed in May of 2016. Do not remember the tech but was extremely impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. I was very pleased with the new installation. I called yesterday for service since the outside keypad was not working. Your cew was here within two hours and reset the keypad within a few minutes. I was, again very pleased with the service. Rest assured I will be in touch when, and if, I need help again!

Great follow up customer service. Call center did not include my specific repair needs but assured me techs would have any parts needed on the truck. When the first tech didn't have the parts, the manager dispatched another truck with the needed parts the same day. Techs are 5 star, call center not so much. If you know what the problem is, INSIST that the call center includes the info in the dispatch notes.
