Cory was our technician. He was professional and friendly. He called to let us know he was on his way to replace our top section of the garage door to make it a wind load door for hurricane purposes. We love the service from Precision door and highly recommend them!

We chose Precision for best value all around. We had to replace a garage door opener installed by our builder that did not last 5 years. Precision came out did a fast and friendly job with no problem. We did have an issue with the door not coming down yesterday and when we called the receptionist treated us with the high quality, fast and friendly information. letting us know the next available technician would be out to service our door. She said it would be between 2-4 if not earlier, but they would call when they were getting close. This was around 11:00 a.m. The called about 30 minutes later to say they would be out in 10 minutes if that worked for us. This is the best in any repair service we have ever experienced and appreciate your sincere concern. Thank you!

Great service! Showed up on time, quickly assessed and figured out what was wrong with my opener. Answered all my questions and got me up and running in no time at all. Recommended him to my neighbor on the spot who was looking for a good company. Thanks again!

We chose Precision Door because of the same day service and the overall good reviews. We weren't disappointed. Corey arrived and quickly assessed the overall condition of our door. We have a 40+ year old wood door that was in dire need of attention. Corey very patiently rebuilt the track parts and with new springs etc. It was lifting better than ever.

I chose Precision because of their same day service. The guys came out and diagnosed my problem and told me I needed a new door. They were able to close my old door so that my garage was secured. A few days later I accidentally hit the door opener in my car and had to call the guys to come back out to close my door. They came out that day and took care of the problem. I have ordered a new garage door and I'm very anxious to get it installed. I would definitely recommend Precision based on their service so far.

I am from Pensacola Fla. I have found this company from their website, as I always do, I checked the reviews. They are 5 stars out 450 reviews. Those reviews are honest. Jason lites, the manager of PDS here in my area, is excellent in salesmanship, he overcame all my objections, he is very knowledgeable of his craft. I definitely would use them again. Thank you, Jason.

Can't have a tech show up 8-10 if he starts out 2.5 hours away from me. Maybe arrange something in future...No service performed

The service was very professional. Wade McNeal showed up on time, had three quotes ready within ten minutes and once I decided which option I approved, he was off to fixing the problem. He did a fantastic job and it should be noted that I do not give reviews unless I am impressed. Thanks Wade.

I needed to have some work done to my garage door, It was not an emergency but since I had the time to research businesses on Memorial Day, I used Homeadvisor and got connected to Precision immediately. I had an appointment within 2 hours and the technician had my problem solved in record time. I am very pleased with the service and the timely method in which it was accomplished.

Unlike most contractors in our area, they showed up when they said they would and did a professional job. Door looks and runs much better. After I adjusted the slack in the chain on my old door opener, the door is much quieter than the old one. No more pops and squeaks. Would buy again.

Home Advisor gave me two companies that install garage doors in this area. The first company that came to my home actually offered me a lower price for the work. However, when I mentioned the two negative reviews that were posted on Home Advisor, the salesman kept speaking but did not make eye contact with me for the remainder of the time he was in my home. Further, he literally turned his body away from me to the point that I was talking to his back! When the salesperson for precision doors came over, he was friendly, direct and honest, never losing eye contact with me. Needless to say, I chose Precision and it was an OUTSTANDING choice!! Precision Doors was at my home the next day and within 4 hours, I had the greatest garage door and automatic opener I could ask for. The technicians were experienced, hard working and had no problems explaining to me what they were doing. The door was in place and working and my old door was taken away. I could not be happier!!!
